き出され、印字した後は再びロールに巻き取られ

5等を有している。この加熱器1はロール状感熱
転写紙を1個入れることが出来ればよく、直径15
〜20cm、高さ30〜50cmの大きさであるので、熱転
写プリンターを置いてある室内或はその近傍に置
いておく。

するまで加熱器1内で加熱する。この加熱によ
り、文字、図形等を有していたインキ層はそれに
接するベースフイルムに融着し、ブロツキングを
生じる。このため、感熱転写紙を巻きほどいて
も、もはや文字、図形等は判読できなくなる。こ
のように、感熱転写紙を十分加熱した後は、加熱
を停止し、感熱転写紙を取り出し、適当な場所に
保管し、最終的には焼却、廃棄等の処分を行う。
