(Problems to be solved by the invention) Conventional movable floors, such as those that allow the floor platform to float, have problems in that it is difficult to balance the floor platform when it is raised and lowered, and after it has been lifted up. However, in the case where the machine is installed, there is a problem in that the mechanical equipment is too large compared to the floor area, and in either case, there is a problem in that the equipment cost is extremely high.

As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of open groove-shaped vertical grooves 9 are formed on both side walls parallel to the long axis, facing each other in pairs on the same line, and communicating from the opening edge of the pool body 1 to the bottom surface. This is provided and formed. The vertical grooves 9 are formed with the same spacing allowance. The floor frame 2 is made of aluminum or fiber-reinforced synthetic resin. floor frame 2
As shown in FIG. 5, a rectangular flat floor plate 11 and side walls 10 in the form of a width plate extending perpendicularly to the floor plate 11 are provided on both side edges parallel to the long axis of the floor plate 11 to form a channel shape. . Further, in the floor frame 2, the outer surface of the floor plate 11 connecting the side walls 10 is formed into a wavy surface or an uneven surface. Further, crossed aggregates 12 are integrally provided on the inner surface of the floorboard 11. The floor frame 2 is formed integrally with a size that allows it to fit loosely into the pool body 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the buoyancy plate 3 is formed into a hollow rectangular parallelepiped using a synthetic resin material such as plastic, polyethylene, polypropylene, or vinyl chloride. The buoyancy plate 3 is formed so as to fit into the side wall 10 of the floor frame 2 in a pinched manner, and is formed to be higher than the side wall 10. The buoyancy plates 3 are inserted into the side walls 10 of the floor frame 2, and as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of buoyancy plates 3 are connected to form a floor base. That is, the side wall 10 of the floor frame 2
A plurality of buoyancy plates 3 formed into rectangular parallelepipeds are fitted into the interior with the side surfaces slightly spaced apart without any gaps, and second As shown in the figure, buoyant body fixture 3
1 and fix it to the floorboard 2. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a protrusion 32 parallel to one of the side lines is formed in the center of one plane of a rectangular metal plate, and a screw tube 33 is further provided in the center of the protrusion 32. Using the buoyant body fixing device 31, the buoyant body fixing device 31 and the floor plate 11 are screwed together through bolt holes 34 provided through the floor plate 11 shown in FIG. 5, and through bolts 35 as shown in FIG. Fix it. The floor base is formed to a size that allows it to fit loosely into the side wall surface of the pool body 1 with a slight spacing. The floor stand into which the buoyancy plate 3 is fitted is supported by a support fitting 13. The support fitting 1
3 is formed from a rectangular metal plate, and is provided with a protrusion 14 that protrudes from one plane and is parallel to one of the edges passing through the center of the rectangle. The support fitting 13 is formed so as to support the four corners of the buoyancy plate 3 by inserting the protrusion 14 into a slight gap where the buoyancy plates are connected. Further, the support fitting 13 is formed so that the flat surface facing the protrusion 14 is removably fixed to the bottomed part 26 of the hydraulic cylinder 4 so as to raise the floor table. As shown in FIG. 7, the hydraulic cylinder 4 is formed in a single row and in multiple stages so that the shortest storage height is reduced. That is, the guide hole 15 is formed into a cylindrical shape and has a small diameter at one opening end, the first stage cylinder 17 is provided with a ring seal 16 in the guide hole 15, and the other opening surface of the first stage cylinder 17 is sealed. A lid 18 to which a flexible pipe 19 for introducing pressurized water is connected is provided, and an intermediate tube formed in a cylindrical body having an outer diameter dimension to be slidably fitted with the guide hole 15 of the first stage cylinder 17 is provided inside the first stage cylinder 17. A cylinder 20 is provided. The intermediate cylinder 20
has a guide hole 2 with a small diameter formed at one opening end.
1 and a ring sealing material 22, and the other open end is formed into a collar-shaped retaining ring 23 extending in the radial direction. Further, inside the intermediate cylinder 20, a final stage cylinder 24 is provided which is formed into a bottomed cylinder having dimensions to be slidably fitted into the guide hole 21 of the intermediate cylinder 20. The final stage cylinder 24 is provided with a collar-shaped retaining ring 25 extending in the radial direction at the open end, and a support fitting 13 is detachably fixed to the bottomed portion 26, and the buoyancy plate 3 of the floor base is fixed with the support fitting 13. Formed to press. The flexible tube 19 connected to the first-stage cylinder 17 is connected to a regulating valve 27 that is opened and closed by remote control using an electromagnetic or electric type, and further connected to a stop valve 7 and then to the pump 6. The pump 6
is connected to tank 28. Further, a pressure regulating valve 5 is provided between the stop valve 7 and the pump 6 to regulate the pressure by bypassing the pump 6 to the tank 28, thereby forming a water pressure jack. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the sling device 8 fixes a plurality of slings 29 with one end fixed to the bottom wall of the vertical groove 9 of the pool body 1 with an appropriate distance. . The suspension straps 29 are formed in the same manner in the vertical grooves 9 on both sides of the opposing pair. Further, the sling 29 is formed to have the same length as the fixed interval of the sling 29. Furthermore, the hanging belt 29 is formed with a hook 30 provided at the open end, and the hook 30 is connected to a floor fixing device 36 formed in the shape of a boss with a thick flat plate on the side wall 10 of the floor frame 2 forming the floor base of the movable floor. A floor fixing point formed by a ring-shaped hook is provided so that it can be hung removably. The sling device 8 is formed so that both sides of the movable floor are suspended by a plurality of slings 29.

(Function) Next, the function of the pool having a movable floor according to this invention will be explained. Water is introduced into the pool to an appropriate water level, and the floor stands are connected to form a movable floor. In this state, the floor stand itself does not float, but its weight is reduced. The floor table is connected to the pool wall with a suspension strap 29 corresponding to a predetermined water level to increase the water level. The floor table is placed on the bottomed part 26 of the final stage cylinder 24 of the multi-stage jack via the support fittings 13 to form a pool floor. When the water level of the pool water is to be made shallow, the pump 6 is driven to send water through the stop valve 7 to the regulating valve 27, and the regulating valve 27 is operated to project the final stage cylinder 24 of the hydraulic jack and push up the floor table.

(Effects) According to this invention, the floor material is provided with a buoyancy plate, so the floor stand is lightweight in pool water. Therefore, there is no need for a large support pedestal, and at the same time no large force is required to move the platform. In addition, since the floor table is moved by a hydraulic jack and no oil is used, there is no problem of oil leakage and the resulting problem of soiling the pool. The water level can be adjusted in several stages as it uses a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder. Furthermore, since the entire equipment is lightweight, it is possible to provide a pool with a practical movable floor that does not require equipment costs.
