げ、B,C部分のつきまわり不良が解消され、全
体としての均一電着性が図れる。又第1図〜第3
図の実施例構造を採用すると、アジヤストボルト
16,17を着脱するだけで、多段階的ではある
が、簡単な操作によりアルミホイールデイスク1
と遮蔽板、12,13の間隔L1,L2を調節する
ことができ、調節作業に熟練が要求されない。又
第1突起14、第2突起15は共に上下各1個設
けられているため、遮蔽板12,13を装着する
際に先ず上端部を締付ボルト18,19により突
起14,15に仮止めするだけで、遮蔽板12,
