Abstract

PURPOSE:To clean the inside of an oven tank effectively by installing a plurality of nozzles to an axial line tilting downward at a constant angle against a vertical line and provide these nozzles autorotation on the axial line as an axis and revolving on the vertical line as an axis. CONSTITUTION:A part of a pressure liquid is jetted out of each nozzle 6 passing a passing route 9, a through hole 8, and a nozzle hole 7 when the pressure liquid for cleaning is supplied to a supplying route 2. The rest of the pressure liquid in the supplying route 2 is jetted out of a nozzle 19 to rotate a turbine 18. The rotation of the turbine rotates driving gears 14 through reduction gears 16 and an outer cylinder 3 rotates on an axial line A. Owing to the rotation of the outer cylinder 3, a sleeve 5 having bevel gears 10 to be geared with bevel gears 12 is rotated on an axial line B as an axis. Consequently, the inside of a tank is cleaned effectively with a saved amount of a cleaning liquid and without vain.

[Prior Art] Conventional cleaning devices used in membranes to clean the inside of oil tanks, for example, have been developed for cleaning the inside of tanks whose top surfaces are closed. It has a structure as shown in FIG. That is, this cleaning device includes a washer main body 2 that rotates around the tube axis at the bottom of the liquid guide pipe 1, a curved pipe in the main body 2 in a direction perpendicular to the liquid guide pipe 1, and a pipe that rotates in a plane perpendicular to the tip. In a rotary jet washer consisting of a nozzle, a rotating shaft 5 that is driven by an electric motor to rotate the washer body 2 is provided on the outside of the liquid guide pipe 1, and a machine room 3 is provided at the lower part of the washer body 2. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, such a cleaning device has a pair of nozzles 21 that spray cleaning liquid in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft and 180 degrees opposite. Therefore, the injection liquid injected from each nozzle due to the rotation and revolution of the nozzle accompanying the rotation of the rotation axis is distributed over 360 degrees of the inner wall surface of the tank.
Is it effective when cleaning the inner circumferential surface of a closed type tank such as a floating roof type tank or an oven type tank without a ceiling? Of course, if an upstream cleaning device is used during cleaning, when the nozzle faces upward, the cleaning fluid sprayed from the nozzle will be discharged to the outside from the opening on the top of the tank, resulting in waste of cleaning fluid. , the release of washing water to the outside causes a nuisance to the outside,
Furthermore, there is a problem in that cleaning efficiency inside the tank is low due to the waste of cleaning water.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of this problem, and is the development of a cleaning device particularly suitable for cleaning the inner surface of an oven-type tank without a ceiling. In other words, the direction of the pair of nozzles that rotates around the rotation axis is 40~
By forming an angle of 60 degrees, the spray range of the cleaning liquid sprayed when both nozzles rotate and revolve can be made into a 90-degree range, thereby effectively targeting only the side wall surface and bottom surface of the inner peripheral surface of the tank. It can be washed.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a vertical support cylinder which is fixed and has a supply path 2 for supplying high-pressure cleaning water, and an outer cylinder 3 is rotatably supported on the outside of this vertical support cylinder. This outer cylinder 3
A support tube 4 having an axis CB which is directed downward at an angle θ of about 45 degrees with respect to the axis (A) of the vertical support tube 1 is formed in a symmetrical position. A sleeve 5 that is rotatably supported around an axis (CB) is supported on this support tube 4.
The angle φ is 45 degrees and the axis is horizontal and downward (
C) and (C') are formed at symmetrical positions. The nozzle holes 7 of these nozzles 6 are connected to the pressure water supply path 2 through a through hole 8 provided in the sleeve 5 and a passage 9 in the support cylinder 4. 10 is a bevel gear fixed to the outer periphery of the sleeve 5, and this bevel gear 10 is meshed with a bevel gear 12 fixed to a fixed frame 11. A circumferential gear 13 is formed at the lower end of the outer cylinder 3, and a driving gear 14 is meshed with the circumferential gear 13.

If the above is the structure of this embodiment, and its operation will be described next, when the pressure liquid for cleaning is supplied into the supply path 2, a part of the pressure liquid is transferred to the path 9, the through hole 8, and the nozzle hole 7. After that, pressure liquid is injected from each nozzle 6. The other part of the pressure liquid in the supply path 2 is injected from the nozzle 19 to rotate the turbine 18 . The rotation of this turbine rotates the drive gear 14 via the reduction gear 16. By rotating this drive gear 14, the outer cylinder 3 rotates around the axis (A).

By this rotation of the outer cylinder 3, the sleeve 5 having the bevel gear 1o meshed with the bevel gear 12 is rotated about the axis (B). Therefore, by supplying the pressure liquid, the nozzle 6 rotates around the axis (B), and the nozzle 6 rotates around the axis (B).
It revolves around A), and each nozzle 6
is oriented at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical line (B)
Since a plurality of nozzles 6 are provided parallel to an axis that is horizontally or downwardly inclined by 45 degrees with respect to
For example, since the area is from the side to the bottom of the tank, if the tank is an open tank with an opening at the top, the cleaning liquid from the nozzle 6 will not be discharged upward and outside, effectively cleaning the side and bottom of the tank. By rotating the nozzle 6, effective cleaning of the entire inner peripheral surface and inner bottom surface of the tank can be expected as described above.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides a horizontal or downward direction with respect to an axis (B>) that is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the vertical line (A).
A plurality of nozzles 6 are provided which are oriented parallel to the axes (C) and (Co) inclined at 5 degrees, and these nozzles 6 are rotated about the axis (B) and about the vertical line (A). According to this device, when the nozzles rotate and revolve around each other, the direction of the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzles is within the range from the side to the bottom of the paddy tank to be cleaned. Therefore, when the tank is an oven tank with an opening on the top, the cleaning liquid from the nozzle 6 is not discharged upward to the outside, and the side and bottom surfaces inside the tank are effectively used. The effect is that the interior can be effectively cleaned.
