Abstract

PURPOSE:To rapidly purify tobacco smoke and to prevent the scattering of the smoke to a place other than an installation place by providing a suction port to the ceiling part of main body having a dust collector and a blower built therein and arranging the blowoff ports directed to the suction port to the lower part of the front surface of the main body on both left and right sides thereof. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 8 is provided to the ceiling part of a main body 1 having dust collectors 2 - 4 and blowers 5 - 7 built therein and the blowoff ports 9 directed to the suction port 8 are arranged to the lower part of the front surface of the main body 1 on both left and right sides thereof. As a result, tobacco smoke is rapidly purified and can be prevented from spreading to a place other than an installation place.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention mainly relates to an air cleaner that removes and purifies indoor air by removing foreign matter.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, air purifiers have come into widespread use as buildings become more airtight and hygiene awareness increases.

A conventional air cleaner will be explained below. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, dust-containing air and cigarette smoke inhaled through the intake port 11 of the main body 10 of the air purifier that is attached to the wall are purified within the main body 10, resulting in clean air. EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, inside the main body 1 of the air purifier, there is a pre-charging unit 2 that ionizes dust and cigarette smoke at high pressure, and an electrostatic charger that collects ionized dust and smoke. A deodorizing filter 4 is provided which is integrally attached to the filter 3 and the electrostatic filter 3. [Claims] An air purifier comprising an air inlet in the ceiling of a main body that incorporates a dust collector and a blower, and air outlets facing the air inlet on both left and right sides of the lower front of the main body.
