板幅を変更すればよい。<Means for solving the problem> Based on the above, as shown in an example of implementation, the present invention uses a flexible synthetic resin such as transparent polycarbonate with a prism collective reflection surface 1 provided on the inner surface. First, a reflection band 2 of a constant width is provided. The back surface of the reflective band is provided with notched grooves 3 of a predetermined angle, for example, 30 degrees, at equal intervals, and the width between the notched grooves is divided into one reflective plate 4. If this is made into a circle as shown in Figure 4, the notch groove 3 will have a notch angle of 30 degrees at 11 places, and if the notch grooves at both ends are each 15 degrees, the total notch will be 360 degrees. The groove becomes circular and is reflected on the entire circumference. Therefore, the reflector 4 for one surface is formed in an arc shape as shown in FIG. 2, and the width of the reflector may be changed depending on the diameter of the arc surface or the size of the radius.

In addition, Fig. 6A shows a U-shaped reflective cutout groove that uses two reflecting plates 4 on two sides to form a mountain shape in two directions, and B uses three sides to reflect in three directions: the front, left and right sides. It can be freely obtained by molding separately from part 3. It goes without saying that the angle of the notched groove 3 may be changed depending on the number and shape of the reflecting plate 4 used.
