置する軸受押えフタ内径部と、車軸に嵌着され軸

に、軸受押えフタラビリンス部内径より充分大き
い外径を有する振切りリングを、前記カラー外径
部に削正した振切りリングの軸方向厚さより広巾
の浅い溝に嵌着し、且つこの浅い溝に振切りリン
グを嵌着した残余の巾部分に円周一カ所を切断し
たリング状のスナツプリングを嵌着して振切りリ
ングを軸方向に固着するようになしたものであ
る。そして振切りリングは軸受点検時にこれをカ
ラーより抜取ることが容易に出来るように、内径
部分はゴムなどの可撓性材料をモールドまたは接
着して構成してあり、カラー外径溝部への嵌着は
軽く押し込むだけでよく、また抜取りはスナツプ
リングを取外した後抜タツプを利用して容易に抜
出すことが可能であるようになされている。
