However, if residents freely set up storage space on their balconies, the balcony has a cantilevered structure, so there is a risk that it will not be able to withstand the load, the appearance will be damaged, and the balcony will not be used as an emergency evacuation route. In such cases, if a storage shed is installed semi-permanently, an evacuation route cannot be secured. Furthermore, when taking out and putting things in and out of the storage room on the outdoor balcony, it is necessary to go in and out through the window each time, which is a pain, especially in winter.

In order to solve the above problem and achieve the above object, the present invention is to provide a storage in the outdoor part of the window opening so as to be movable between the window opening and the side part thereof. A storage opening for putting things in and out is formed on the indoor side of the warehouse, and a sliding door type storm door that can be freely taken out and taken out is attached to this storage opening, and a sliding door type storm door that can be freely stored and stored is attached to the storage opening. A sliding shutter rail is provided, and when the storage is moved to the window opening, the rain door covers the storage and the window opening that is not covered by the storage.

In this invention, a storage opening for putting in and taking out alligator items is formed inside the storage compartment, and it is also movable between the window opening and the side thereof, so the storage compartment can be moved to the window opening to store items. By locating the entry/exit storage opening at the window opening and opening the window (shoji), items can be taken in and out of the storage room from inside the room.
In addition, since a rain door is attached to the storage, wind, rain and noise can be avoided by the storage and the rain door. Furthermore, if the size of the storage space is restricted by, for example, the space on the balcony or the dimensions of the walls, and the width of the storage space has to be reduced, the storage space may cover part of the window, leaving the rest Parts can now be covered with storm shutters.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the storage 6 functions as a shutter for the inner shoji 3 portion, and the shutter 7 serves as a shutter for the outer shoji 4. For this purpose, upper and lower shutter rails 18A, 18B are attached to the outer wall 1 at the top and bottom of the outdoor portion of the outer shoji 4, and these upper and lower shutter rails 18A, 18b connect the storage 6 to the inner shoji 3 as shown in FIG. When moved to the position
It is positioned so as to be continuous with the shutter rail parts 6A and 6B.

In the window with a storage compartment configured in this way, the shutter 7 is located at the storage opening 6a of the storage compartment 6 during normal times. However, when it is desired to take something in or out of the storage 6, the inner shoji 3 is opened and the storage 6 is moved from the room through the handle 6c to the inner shoji 3 position along the rail 8 and the lower rail 14.
The shutter 7 is pulled out from the storage 6 and moved to the outer shoji 4 position. As a result, the storage opening 6a of the storage 6 is opened, allowing items to be taken in and taken out. The same applies when it is desired to use a shutter; in this case, the storage 6 serves as the shutter for the inner shoji 3 and the shutter 7 serves as the shutter for the outer shoji 4. Note that P is the partition wall that forms the boundary between the house and the neighboring house.

(Example 2) In the above example, both the upper rail 8 and the lower 14 rail are attached to the outer wall 1, but when the depth of the storage 6 is long, a large load tends to act on the upper rail 8. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a door roller 19 may be provided at the lower part of the outdoor side of the storage 6 and run along a lower rail 20 laid on the balcony 12.

In this storm door 70, a first plate 70A is rotatably attached to the side wall of the storage 60 via a pin 21, and a second plate 70B is connected to the first plate 70A via a hinge 22. Furthermore, a blindfolding inward swinging door 23 is attached to the storage opening 6a of the storage 60.

In this structure, when taking things in and out, the inner shoji 3 is provided, the storage 6 is moved together with the shutter 70 to the inner shoji 3 position, and the inward swinging door 23 is moved.
Open it and do it. When the loading and unloading is completed, the inward swinging door 23 is closed and the storage 60 is returned to the side portion 5 position. When you want to close the shutters, move the storage compartment 60 to the inner shoji 3 position, and then hold the handle 70a of the second plate 70B, as shown in the imaginary line in Figure 8.
The shutter 70 is expanded and closed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the storage 60 serves as a shutter for the inner shoji 3.
