As shown in Fig. 13, this type of stair block is manufactured as an integral piece with an inclined bottom part e laid on a slope part d and a horizontal upper part f where the tread b is approximately horizontal. When decorating part b, it was necessary to provide an uneven part on the inner surface of the mold to form the decorative part.

Now, if we are trying to meet the recent demands for improved urban landscapes with the conventional decorative staircase blocks mentioned above, we will have to prepare many types of staircase blocks with different tread designs in order to respond to a variety of construction sites. Therefore, it is necessary to individually design and manufacture many types of formwork, and the number of stair blocks that can be manufactured using a single formwork must also be small.

By the way, the formwork for manufacturing concrete blocks with complex shapes such as stair blocks is expensive, so if it is not used to manufacture a considerable number of stair blocks, the manufacturing cost of stair blocks will increase significantly. Therefore, when using the conventional manufacturing method of manufacturing the inclined bottom part e and the horizontal top part f as one piece, there is a problem that it is difficult to meet the recent demands for high-mix, low-volume production of decorative staircase blocks. It was hot. Another problem was that a large space was required to stock many types of stair blocks, which had to be large blocks.

The decorative tread 3 is formed into a rectangular plate shape,
Its left and right length is, for example, 1/3 of the length of the block body 2. Also, the front and rear lengths of the decorative tread 3 are:
As shown in FIG. 1, when the rear surface portion 19 is in contact with the front wall portion 20 of the upper stair block, the front edge portion 21 slightly protrudes forward from the front wall portion front edge 22 of the block body 2. It is done as follows. And on the bottom surface of the decorative tread 3, a second

The first fixing means 17 is, for example, as shown in FIG.
After forming rectangular pieces 30, 30 by providing continuous U-shaped cuts 29 at the lower ends in the opposing portions of 7,
The rectangular piece is bent into the inside of the cylinder at its upper end to form locking protrusions 31, 31 facing each other in an inverted V-shape, and a thread groove 32 is formed in the upper end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 26. It will be done. The first fixing means 17 having such a configuration is attached to the open end 3 of the cylindrical body 26.
3 is embedded in the block body 2 so as to be flush with the horizontal upper surface 11 (see FIG. 2). As shown in FIG. 5, the first fixing means 17 is formed by screwing together a threaded portion 39 of a countersunk head bolt 37 inserted through a countersunk hole 36 provided in the formwork 35 with a threaded groove 32 of the cylindrical body 26. It is fixed to the formwork 35 by. Further, the cylinder body peripheral wall portion 2 resulting from the formation of the locking protrusion 31

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the second fixing means 23 is screwed into a nut member 41 embedded in the lower surface of the decorative treadle 3.
A locking protrusion 42 fixed in a protruding state on the lower surface side is formed as a protruding bolt 42a in this embodiment. And the first fixing means 17
By positioning the decorative treadle 3 and the second fixing means 23 and placing the decorative treadle 3 on the horizontal upper surface 11, the decorative treadle 3 is automatically fixed to the block body 2. To explain the process of fixing, as the decorative tread 3 approaches the horizontal upper surface 11, the bolt head 43 of the protruding bolt 42a pushes the locking protrusions 31, 31 apart against the elastic action of the cylindrical part. The locking protrusion 3 is inserted into the body 26 and
The tip portions 47, 47 of the bolt head 43 are detached from the circumferential surface of the bolt head 43 and elastically return to the original bent state.
3, and the protruding bolt 42a becomes unable to be removed from the cylinder body 26 due to the engagement between the distal end portion 47 and the locking step 49. is being done. Note that before inserting the protruding bolt 42a into the cylindrical body 26, if an appropriate amount of epoxy resin or mortar is injected into the cylindrical body 26, when the protruding bolt 42a is housed within the cylindrical body 26, This epoxy resin etc. will be filled into the gap formed between the cylinder body 26 and the protruding bolt 42a, and as the epoxy resin etc. hardens, the first fixing means 17 and the second fixing means The fixed integration with 23 becomes even more reliable. FIG. 7 shows another example of the first fixing means 17, in which windows 50, 50 are formed in opposing portions of the peripheral wall 27 of the cylindrical body 26 with a bottom, and the first fixing means 17 is formed in a dogleg shape. One bent part 52 of the bent piece 51 exhibiting the above is inserted into the cylinder body 26 through the window part 50, and the other bent part 53 is fixed to the outer surface 55 of the peripheral wall part of the cylinder body 26, and the piece is inserted into the cylinder body 26. Opposing bent portion 5
2 and 52 are configured to function as locking protrusions 31 and 31 that can engage with the upper peripheral edge portion (locking step portion 49) of the bolt head 43 of the protruding bolt 42a, as described above. Also, in the upper end portion of the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder 26, there is a countersunk hole 36 provided in the formwork 35, as described above.
A threaded groove 32 is formed to be threaded into a threaded portion 39 of a countersunk head bolt 37 that is inserted through the threaded part 39 of the countersunk bolt 37. In this embodiment, a nut 56 is provided at the center of the bottom surface of the cylindrical body 26.
is fixed to the nut 56, and a threaded end portion 60 of an auxiliary bolt 59, which is inserted through a bolt hole 57 provided to pass through the center of the countersunk bolt 37, is screwed into the nut 56. When using the auxiliary bolt 59 in this way, even if the cylindrical body 26 is relatively long, it can be properly buried in the block body 2 without being affected by the pressure of concrete injection into the formwork. I can do it.

FIG. 10 shows another embodiment of the block body 2, in which an opening 61 is formed in the inclined bottom surface 6 except for the portion where the front wall 7, the rear wall 9, and the connecting wall 10 are present. It is provided. The block main body 2 having such a structure can be combined with the decorative step 3 to form a required staircase block in the same way as the block main body, and may also be used alone as a vegetation block. In that case, the open space 62 formed between the connecting walls 10, 10 (including the space formed by connecting the block bodies) is such that an appropriate amount of soil is accommodated in the space 62. The hanging holes 15, 15 provided in the connecting wall portions on both sides also function as drainage holes in each vegetation portion. In addition, when the block body 2 is used as a vegetation block in this way, it is planned that the decorative treadle 3 will be fixed to the block body 2 in the future, and the appearance of the block body is taken into account. It is preferable to cover the opening 63 of the cylindrical body constituting the first fixing means with a cap.

The stair block according to the present invention adopts a structure in which the decorative tread is placed on the horizontal upper surface of the block main body and the decorative tread is fixed to the block main body.
By manufacturing many types of decorative treads with different tread designs, you can select an appropriate decorative tread from among them and combine it with the block body to fix and integrate it, so that the block body is the same. To easily and inexpensively produce decorative staircase blocks with different aesthetic impressions even though they are physical objects. However, by laying the stair block on the slope of the construction site, it is possible to construct a well-designed staircase that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape.

On the other hand, the form of the decorative stile according to the present invention is simple and has a plate-like overall shape, so the formwork is much needed compared to the case where the entire decorative stair block is manufactured in one piece. It is inexpensive and therefore enables the production of a wide variety of decorative stamps in small quantities.
