モータ下のオーガBが振れを起してオーガによる
穿孔位置と方向にずれを与える欠点があつた。ま
た以上のオーガの振れは駆動モータAの減速装置

るワイヤ巻き取りドラム15を設け、同巻き取り
ドラム15から引き出したワイヤ10の端を、ワ
イヤ巻き取りドラム15を設けない側の中間ふれ
止め装置Dか駆動モータAに結合し、ワイヤ巻き
取りドラム15のコイルばね18が巻きほぐされ
た状態で、中間振止め装置Dが前記駆動モータA
と前記地際ふれ止め装置Cとの間で吊下げられる

ている。そして掘削が進み、第6図aに示すよう
に、オーガ下端が地中に侵入すると、これに伴う
オーガ駆動モータAの下端につれてワイヤ10に
吊下げられた中間ふれ止め装置Dも下降する。こ
れらの場合、オーガBの掘削爪5は固い地表を掘
削中であり、地際ふれ止め装置Cの上方のオーガ
Bの柱体部は未だ長大で地上に出ているから不安
定で振れを生じようとするが、中間ふれ止め装置
Dによつて振れを阻止され、そのため掘削孔の位
置がずれたり、孔方向がそれたりすることがな
い。このようにオーガの柱体部の振れが阻止され
つつ、孔の掘削が進んでオーガBが地中へ侵入
し、中間ふれ止め装置Dが地際ふれ止め装置C上
に達すると、巻取りドラム15によつてワイヤ1
0の巻取りがはじまり,第6図bに示すように、
オーガ駆動モータAが最下位に達して、ワイヤ1
0が巻取りドラム15によつて完全に巻き取られ
る。よつてワイヤ10は不要に緩むことがない。
オーガBが上昇するときは巻取りドラム15から
ワイヤ10が巻戻され、巻戻しが終わつてから再
び吊下げ状態で中間ふれ止め装置Cが上昇し、オ
ーガBの柱体部の振れを防止する。E. オーガ駆動モータAに上端を連結した3連のオー
ガである。Cは地際ふれ止め装置で、副ワイヤ4
によつて吊下げられているが、孔掘削中地際近く
に位置している。5は掘削爪で、5aは撹拌突起
であり、6は3連のオーガBによつて掘削した円
孔が互いに交わつて、即ち干渉して連続孔になる
ように掘削爪5どうしの位置を決める干渉装置で
ある。リーダマスト1は車体7から延出したブー
ム8によつて立柱されている。Dは中間ふれ止め
装置で、上端をオーガ駆動モータAの本体9に固
定したワイヤ10によつて吊下げられて、オーガ
Bの上昇時は、駆動モータAと地際ふれ止め装置
Cとの中間位置に止まつている。この中間ふれ止
め装置は、第3図乃至第5図に示すごとく構成さ
れている。図中、11はオーガBの柱体部を回転
自在かつ上下スライド自在に挿通する3連のふれ
止め筒で、第4図によつて明らかなように、中央
筒の両側部から後方へ2枚の平行枠12が突出し
ている。19は平行枠12の後端に上下2個ずつ
枢支されて案内棒2を囲むようにして転動する溝
ローラである。平行枠12間には平面方向を垂直
にして2枚の支持板13が固設され、支持板1
3,13間には固定軸14が水平に軸架されてい
る。15は固定軸14に枢着したワイヤ巻取りド
ラムで、内側には一端を固定軸14に固定し他端
をドラム内面に固定したゼンマイ形のコイルばね
18が内蔵されている。10はワイヤで、上端は
前述したごとくオーガ駆動モータAの本体9に固
定され巻取り下端はドラム15に固定されてい
る。17は平行枠12より伸びた支持腕16に軸
架された溝ローラで、ワイヤ10をドラム15上
で引出し案内する。ワイヤ10による中間ふれ止
め装置Dの吊下げ時は、コイルばね18の巻込み
力に抗してドラム15からワイヤ10は巻戻され

によつてドラム15が回転して弛みを与えないよ

ばね18の復元力によつて回転する巻取りドラム
