<Prior art> Conventionally, a fixing method has been used in which both ends of a non-slip member, which is stretched across the outer surface of a tire at appropriate intervals in the width direction, are attached to connecting ropes arranged in a ring shape on both sides of the tire. As for the metal fittings, Utsukai Showa 54-114201
The structure described in the above publication is known.
However, this conventional fixing metal fitting is formed in the shape of a band plate, and one short side of the metal fitting is riveted to the end of the anti-slip member, and the other end is hook-shaped and swaged to the connecting rope. Because of the structure, there are problems especially in how the fixing fittings are attached to the connecting rope, and the fixing fitting part that extends from the non-slip member to the connecting rope is repeatedly subjected to stress concentration such as torsion force and tensile force during running. There is a risk that its strength will deteriorate in a short period of time and it will break.

However, since the conventional fixing fitting has a flat plate structure in the one end portion attached to the connecting rope and the portion from the one end portion to the riveted end of the anti-slip member, the state in which the one end portion is attached to the outer surface of the connecting rope is The short side (width) direction is in surface contact with the outer surface of the connecting rope, and therefore there is no hooking force in the length direction (rope direction) of the connecting rope, and the original There is a risk of it moving from the installation location. In addition, the long edges on both sides of the fixing metal fittings that come into contact with the connecting rope are corners, and therefore, the connecting rope is likely to be scratched by rubbing against the corners of the long edges on both sides, and the scratches can be easily damaged during running. There is a risk of gradual progression and amputation. Furthermore, since the fixing fitting itself is simply a flat plate, it lacks rigidity against torsional forces that occur when the anti-skid member is squeezed between the tire and the road surface and grips the road surface, especially while driving. However, it has a number of drawbacks, such as repeated twisting and deformation during driving, which causes its strength to deteriorate in a short period of time and the risk of breakage.

<Technical problem to be solved by the invention> The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and the technical problem to be solved is to ensure that the attachment to the connecting rope by caulking is strong and reliable. The object of the present invention is to provide a ladder-type tire slip stopper constructed by connecting and fixing a non-slip member to a connecting rope using a fixing metal fitting having excellent rigidity against twisting of the non-slip member.

<Means for solving the technical problem> The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned object is to attach the anti-slip member to both ends of the tire, which is wrapped around the connecting ropes on both sides arranged in a ring shape inside and outside the tire. The fixture is characterized in that it is formed in the shape of a strip having an appropriate thickness, and that cylindrical protrusions are formed in the shape of a flat plate on both long sides of the fixture.

<Function> According to the above-mentioned technical means of the present invention, the protrusions on both sides of the long side of the fixing fitting act as reinforcing ribs that increase the strength of the entire fitting, thereby preventing slipping during running. The rigidity of the member against twisting, etc. is ensured, and when the ends of the short sides are caulked to the ends of the non-slip member and the connecting rope and installed, the protrusions on both sides of the long sides will be attached to the ends of the non-slip member. The connecting rope and the connecting rope are clamped together by being pressed into the attachment parts of the respective fixing metal fittings.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a fixing metal fitting, and the required number of anti-slip members 2 are hung on the outer surface of the tire D in the width direction at appropriate intervals, like the ladder-type tire anti-slip device A shown in FIG. When connecting ropes 3 and 3' arranged in parallel on both sides of the tire D along both the inner and outer ends of the anti-slip member 2, one end of the rope is placed in parallel with the other end of the anti-slip member 2. It is attached to one end, and the other end is attached to the connecting ropes 3, 3'.

The fixing metal fitting 1 is formed into a band plate shape having an appropriate thickness using a steel material, and integrally has a protrusion 1a that projects in a columnar shape larger than the plate thickness along both long side edges as shown in the figure. The metal fitting 1 is formed into a substantially bell-shaped cross section to enhance its anti-twisting strength, especially in the short side direction (see Figure 2), and both ends of the short side are bent into a substantially C shape. hand,
A hook part 1b is formed on one end of the non-slip member 2, and the other end thereof is a rope that is hooked onto the connecting ropes 3, 3'. A hanging portion 1c is formed.

In order to connect and fix the ends of the non-slip member 2 to the connecting ropes 3, 3' on both the inner and outer sides using the fixing metal fitting 1 configured as described above, the fixing metal fittings are inserted into the mounting holes provided at both ends of the non-slip member 2. After inserting the hooking portion 1b at one end of the rope from the inside, the hooking portion 1b is caulked to the end of the non-slip member 2, and the rope hooking portion 1c at the other end is inserted into each of the connecting ropes 3, 3'. After being hooked to the attachment portion of the fixture 1, the rope hooking portion 1c is crimped onto the connecting ropes 3, 3' so as to be crushed and fixed by pressure.

The anti-slip device A constructed as described above is wound around and attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tire D as shown in FIG. Fixed metal fittings 1 that are press-fitted and fixed
The other end rope hooking part 1c has a locking force and a columnar protrusion that press and connect the protrusions 1a on both sides of the long side located in the hooking part 1c part by biting into the attachment part. The rigidity of the part 1a after being crimped connects and fixes it to the attachment part of the connecting ropes 3, 3', and the one end part 1b
Similar to the other end rope hooking part 1c, it is connected to the end of the anti-slip member 2 by the biting locking force of the protruding ridge part 1a and the rigidity of the columnar protruding part 1a after being crimped and hooked. It is fixed.

The fixing fitting 1 is not limited to the configuration of the above-mentioned tire slip prevention devices A and A', but is also applicable to ladder-type tire slip prevention devices for double tires such as trucks, that is, to connect parallel inner connecting ropes and the center. Inner non-slip members are connected and fixed to the rope in a ladder shape at appropriate intervals, and outer non-slip members are connected and fixed to the central connecting rope and the outer connecting rope parallel to it in a ladder shape at appropriate intervals. A triple ladder-type tire skid device is constructed by arranging anti-slip members alternately along the entire length of the connecting rope, and a slipper is formed in a length shape that spans both tire parts of a double tire. A double ladder type tire anti-slip device constructed by connecting and fixing anti-skid members to internal and external connecting ropes at appropriate intervals in a ladder-like manner, and attaching a central connecting rope to the center of each anti-skid member. Of course, it can also be used to connect and fix each anti-slip member and a connecting rope.

When both ends of the short side of the fixing bracket are caulked to the end of the non-slip member and the connecting rope and installed, the protrusions on both sides of the long side will connect to the end of the non-slip member and each fixing bracket of the connecting rope. In order to press and connect the cable while biting into the attachment part of the connecting rope, it is connected and fixed to the attachment part of the connecting rope by the locking force of the biting and the rigidity of the columnar protrusion after being crimped. I can do it. Therefore, the attachment state of the fixture to the attachment site of the connecting rope becomes stronger and more reliable compared to the conventional attachment state.

Since the long edges on both sides of the fixture that come into contact with the connecting rope are columnar protrusions, that is, spherical surfaces, it is possible to prevent the connecting rope from being damaged by rubbing against the long edges on both sides. Therefore, the ladder-type tire skid device is provided with further improved safety during driving.
