ウゼン効果雑音によつて被検査物の残留応力を測
定する残留応力計のプローブに、スポツト溶接部
の中心位置に当接させることにより、前記プロー
ブの検出子をスポツト溶接部の中心位置から径方
向に所定距離だけ偏倚させて位置決めする位置決
め部材を設け、スポツト溶接部の周辺の引張り応
力および圧縮応力を測定し、スポツト溶接部の溶
接状態を検査することを特徴とするスポツト溶接
