融金属を注湯して鋳物を製造するようにした鋳造
装置において、 前記主金型と中子とを分解させるように主金型
を二つ割れ可能とし、主金型を左右に二つ割りし
たときに中子が分離されるように、主金型のそれ
ぞれを結合型締め、あるいは解放分離するように
した金型移動機構が設けられると共に、前記主金
型の内側には、主金型の結合型締め時に中子を該
主金型に固定するための嵌合溝が設けられ、中子
の嵌合部分には前記嵌合溝に嵌合されるようにし
た幅規が設けられていることを特徴とした鋳造装
置。 ２ 前記金型移動機構が、両サイドに方向反対の
ネジを有するネジ溝と、それぞれのネジに螺合す
る移動部分と、ネジ溝を回転する回転手段 とを具備した請求項１に記載の鋳造装置。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1.
