止着する構造において、 前記インストルメントパネルなどの被止着部材
に止着孔を形成し、該止着孔を貫通するクリツプ
主体を前記セフテイパツドなどの止着部材に一体
に形成し、該クリツプ主体の先端部にテーパ状の
クリツプ部を形成し、該クリツプ主体の基部であ
つて上記止着孔から抜け出た部分に上記クリツプ
部を挿入する係止孔を形成したことを特徴とする
