れ、プランジヤの外周面に当接するシール部材と

の連通を確保する方向に移動するようにプランジ
ヤを付勢するコイルスプリングと、を設け、コイ

た折り曲げ部を有し、該折り曲げ部によりシール
部材が保持部材に係止されるようにしたことを特
