Abstract

PURPOSE:To unify a temperature distribution in a refrigerating chamber by a method wherein a control box is provided with a plurality of air outlet ports in up-and-down direction so as to include the regulating range of up-and-down direction of racks while a frame is provided with cold air shielding plates for dispersing the cold air so as to be approximated to the air outlet ports. CONSTITUTION:Cold air, descended through a duct 4, descends while being branched into ducts 4a, 4b while the cold air, descended through the duct 4b, passes through a damper, whose opening and closing are controlled by a tempera ture regulator 9, and enters a duct 14 for the refrigerating chamber of a control box 7. The refrigerating chamber 5 of the box 7 is formed so as to have a height equal to the total height of the refrigerating chamber 5 while the cold air, entered the duct 14 of the box 7, is blown off into the refrigerating chamber 5 from outlet ports 8a, 8b. The air outlet ports 8a, 8b are opened so as to cover the regulating range of up-and-down direction of racks 15 and frames 16, retaining the racks 15, are provided with cold air shielding plates 17 whereby a space is provided between the air outlet ports and the racks at all times in the height of the cold air shielding plates 17 and, therefore, the air outlet ports will never be blockaded by the regulation of the positions of the racks.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. As shown in FIG. 1, most of the cold air in the cooler chamber 3 is blown out into the freezer chamber 2 by the fan 11, but a portion is sent downward through the duct 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the cold air descending within the duct 4 branches into ducts 4a and 4b and descends. The cold air that has descended through the duct 4b passes through a damper whose opening and closing are controlled by the temperature regulator 9, and enters the refrigerator compartment air passage 14 of the control box 7. The control box 7 is formed to the full height inside the refrigerator compartment 5, and has two rows of air outlets 8.
Since the air vents 8a and 8b are provided, the cold air that has entered the air passage 14 of the control box 7 is blown out into the refrigerator compartment 5 through the air outlets 8a and 8b.

In this way, even if you arbitrarily adjust the shelf position according to the amount of food, it is easy to secure an appropriate air outlet that corresponds to the shelf position, so the items stored in the refrigerator compartment are cooled evenly, making it easier to use than before. It is possible to prevent uneven temperature distribution in the refrigerator compartment while improving the temperature distribution, and by providing a cold air shield plate, it is possible to prevent overcooling of the food, thereby preventing the harmful effect of freezing the food and making it unusable. Now you can.

Effects of the Invention Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, even when the shelf position is adjusted vertically continuously or stepwise,
A cold air outlet can be secured regardless of the shelf position, and even if a large amount of food is stored in the refrigerator compartment, the cold air outlet will not be blocked, making it easy to secure a cold air outlet, and each part of the refrigerator compartment can be easily secured. The temperature in the refrigerator compartment does not differ much from the set temperature, making it possible to achieve a uniform temperature distribution within the refrigerator compartment.
