<Prior art> As a smoke detection device using a sampling tube,
A smoke tube type smoke detector used on ships and the like as shown in Fig. 6 was known. This device includes a sampling tube 62 with one end open in each hold 61,
Through this sampling tube 62, air containing smoke from each hold 61 was guided to a scattered light type smoke detector 63 provided at the base end to detect a fire. Note that 64 is a suction device such as a fan, and 65 is a valve. When a fire is detected, the valves 65 are sequentially closed to detect the hold where the fire has occurred.

<Problems with the prior art> However, if such a device is installed at the suction port of a ventilation system to monitor the entire room, the sampling tubes must be arranged in a grid pattern as shown in Figure 7 and have many small holes in them. Although it is necessary to prevent failure of detection, it has the disadvantage of blocking the suction port and reducing ventilation efficiency.

<Means for solving the problem> In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention is a smoke detection device that can suck air from the entire room including smoke without reducing ventilation efficiency even if it is installed at the intake port of a ventilation system. The sampling tube has a plurality of small holes provided along the periphery of the inlet of the ventilation system, and a plurality of small holes protruding from and in communication with the outer circumferential pipe section. It consists of a central tube with a central tube and a common tube that connects these to a smoke detector such as a scattered light or ionization type.

<Function> When the ventilation system is operating, air that flows along the wall of the room and flows diagonally forward from the side to the suction port is sucked through the small hole in the outer circumference of the sampling tube, and the air is sucked into the room. Air flowing from the center to the center of the suction port is sucked through a small hole in the protruding center tube and guided to the smoke detector through a common tube. If smoke of a predetermined concentration or higher is detected here, a fire alarm is issued. In addition, since the central pipe portion of the sampling tube protrudes, the air to be ventilated can be sufficiently ventilated without any suction obstruction.

In the figure, 1 is a clean room such as a semiconductor factory, and 2 is a CVD installed in clean room 1.
Semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as 3 is clean room 1
This ventilation device ventilates the air inside the room, and is composed of an air supply duct 31 provided on the ceiling, a filter 32 provided in the duct 31, an exhaust duct 33 provided under the floor, an inlet 34, and a fan 35. 4
is a sampling tube provided at the suction port 34, and includes a plurality of small holes 4 provided along the periphery of the suction port 34.
1, a central tube section 44 having a plurality of small holes 43 protruding from and in communication with the outer circumferential tube section 42, and a common tube 45. 5 is a scattered light or ionization type smoke detector, and 6 is a suction device such as a fan.

次にこの装置の動作を説明する。 Next, the operation of this device will be explained.

Air in the clean room 1 flows through the exhaust duct 33 to the suction port 34 and is sent to the fan 35. Further, the purified air flows into the room again through the air supply duct 31 and the filter 32, thereby maintaining the room in a clean state.

If a fire breaks out in the room 1 under such conditions, the smoke will flow into the suction port 34 through the exhaust duct 33 along with the ventilation flow. At this time, suction port 3
The smoke that flows through the edge of 4 is the sampling tube 4.
The smoke flowing into the center is sucked by the small holes 43 of the central pipe 44 and flows through the common pipe 45 to the smoke detector 5, where smoke of a predetermined concentration is detected and a fire is detected. You will be notified of the occurrence.

In this case, if the distance and length L of the central tube section 44 protruding from the outer tube section 42 are adjusted to appropriate lengths, the smoke-containing air A traveling along the wall surface C can be adjusted.
The smoke-containing air B flowing into the center can be accurately captured, and since the distance is maintained, ventilation can be performed smoothly without blocking the suction port 34.

In the above embodiment, the central tube portion is simply rod-shaped, but even if it is shaped like a cross or the like, it protrudes without reducing the ventilation efficiency. Naturally, this device can also be installed at a suction port provided on a wall of a room.

<Effects> Since the smoke detection device of this invention is configured and operates as described above, even if a sampling tube is installed at the inlet of the ventilation device to monitor the air in the entire room, that is, the state of the smoke contained in it. This has the effect of providing a sampling tube type smoke detection device that does not reduce ventilation efficiency and does not fail in detection.
