通信によりパラレルデータ伝送可能な光通信機を
設置し、更に前記地上コントローラの前記光通信
機に汎用シーケンサを接続して前記光通信機を使
用してパラレルデータ伝送すると共に該パラレル
データの１ビツトを同期信号として使用したこと
