[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a sound-muffling aquarium, and more particularly to a sound-muffling aquarium that can eliminate the sound of water as much as possible. [Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention] Stainless steel water tanks such as sinks and bathtubs for home and commercial use are widely used, but when a large amount of water is released from a tap, the water becomes watery. The sound is intense;
Depending on the shape and structure of this aquarium, there was an inconvenience in that the sound of the water echoed and became even louder. Conventionally, no special measures have been taken to deal with this problem, and only a slight attempt has been made to form a butyl rubber film on the back surface of the material of the aquarium.
However, even this measure could not be expected to have a sufficient noise reduction effect. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and to provide a sound-muffling aquarium that can eliminate the sound of water as much as possible. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention provides a sound-deadening aquarium in which a cured film of a composition comprising a hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer and a polyisocyanate compound is formed on at least the bottom back surface of the aquarium. It is something to do. In the present invention, the aquarium includes not only general household use but also commercial use and industrial use, and specifically includes sinks, bathtubs, and the like. Here, the hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer is a liquid diene polymer having a hydroxyl group in the molecule, preferably at the end of the molecule, and having a number average molecular weight of 300 to 25,000, preferably 500 to 10,000. These liquid diene polymers include diene polymers and diene copolymers having 4 to 12 carbon atoms, and copolymers of these diene monomers and α-olefinic addition polymerizable monomers having 2 to 22 carbon atoms. There is. Hydroxyl group content is 0.1
-10meq/g, preferably 0.3-5.0meq/g. Specific examples include butadiene homopolymer, isoprene homopolymer, butadiene-styrene copolymer, butadiene-isoprene copolymer, butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer, butadiene-2-ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer, butadiene-n-octadecyl acrylate copolymer, and the like. These liquid diene polymers can be produced, for example, by subjecting a conjugated diene monomer to a heating reaction in a liquid reaction medium in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. In addition, a polyisocyanate compound is an organic compound having two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule, and is an organic compound having two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule. Contains reactive isocyanate groups. Examples of polyisocyanate compounds include the usual aromatic, aliphatic and cycloaliphatic ones, such as tolylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), liquid modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate. , polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate, cyclohexyl diisocyanate, cyclohexane phenylene diisocyanate, naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate, isopropylbenzene-2,4-diisocyanate, polypropylene glycol and tolylene diisocyanate addition reaction product, etc.
Particularly preferred are MDI, liquid modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, and the like. There is no particular restriction on the blending ratio of the above hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer and polyisocyanate compound, but usually the molar ratio of the hydroxyl group (OH) of the hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer to the isocyanate group (NCO) of the polyisocyanate compound is is NCO/OH=0.2
-10.0, preferably 0.5-6.0. If the blending ratio of both is outside this range, curing becomes difficult, which is not preferable. The cured coating used for the sound-absorbing aquarium of the present invention requires the above two components, but in order to improve the physical properties, the following bituminous substances, polyol compounds,
Polyamine compounds and the like can be blended, and further various additives can be added as necessary. The bituminous substance used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and includes petroleum asphalt such as straight asphalt, blown asphalt, semi-blown asphalt, and propane (solvent) de-bituminated asphalt;
Examples include petroleum pitch, coal tar, and coal pitch. Next, various polyol compounds can be used, and any of primary polyols, secondary polyols, and tertiary polyols may be used. Specifically, for example, 1,2-propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,2-butanediol, 1,3-butanediol, 2,3-butanediol, 1,2-pentanediol, 2,
3-pentanediol, 2,5-hexanediol, 2,4-hexanediol, 2-ethyl-
At least 1,3-hexanediol, cyclohexanediol, glycerin, N,N'-bis-2-hydroxypropylaniline, N,N'-bishydroxyisopropyl-2-methylpiperazine, propylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A, etc. Low molecular weight polyols containing a hydroxyl group bonded to one secondary carbon are mentioned. Furthermore, as a polyol, ethylene glycol containing no hydroxyl group bonded to a secondary carbon, 1,3
-Propylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, 1,5-pentanediol, 1,6-hexanediol, etc. can also be used. Diols are usually used as the polyols used in the present invention, but triols and tetraols may also be used, and their molecular weights range from 50 to 500. Further, the polyamine compound is not particularly limited and may be any of diamine, triamine, and tetramine. Furthermore, any of primary polyamine, secondary polyamine, and tertiary polyamine can be used. Examples of polyamine compounds include aliphatic amines such as hexamethylene diamine; alicyclic amines such as 3,3'-dimethyl 4,4'-diaminodicyclohexylmethane; aromatic amines such as 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl; Examples include tetramines such as 2,4,6-tri(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol. The appropriate amount of the polyol or polyamine to be blended is 1 to 1000 parts by weight, preferably 3 to 200 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer. In addition, mica, graphite, vermiculite, calcium carbonate, slate powder, etc. are added as fillers, plasticizers such as dioctyl phthalate are added as clay conditioners, aromatic, naphthenic, etc.
Softeners such as paraffin oil can be added, and alkyl phenol resins, terpene resins, terpene phenol resins, xylene formaldehyde resins, rosins, hydrogenated rosins, coumaron resins, aliphatic and aromatic resins can be added to adjust adhesive strength and adhesion. Tackifying resins such as family petroleum resins can also be added.
Further, curing accelerators such as diptyltin dilaurate, stannous octoate, and polyethylene diamine can also be added. Furthermore, an anti-aging agent can be added to improve weather resistance, and a silicon compound or the like can be added as an antifoaming agent. The sound-deadening aquarium of the present invention is manufactured by forming a cured film of a composition obtained by blending and kneading the above-mentioned raw materials on the back surface of at least the bottom of at least a portion of the aquarium such as a sink or a bathtub. Curing of the composition comprises:
Although it varies depending on the type of raw material and the amount used, it is usually 0.5 at a temperature of 0 to 200℃, preferably 15 to 150℃.
The treatment is carried out for 72 hours, preferably 10 minutes to 15 hours. The thickness of the cured film formed on the back surface of the bottom of the aquarium is 0.1 to 10.0 mm, preferably 0.5 to 5.0 mm. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, a sound-muffling aquarium that can eliminate water sound as much as possible can be obtained. Therefore, it is useful as a sound-muffling water tank for sinks, bathtubs, etc. for home and business use. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to Examples. Example 1 A composition obtained by mixing the following Formulation 1 was applied to the bottom back surface of the illustrated sink (width 90 cm, height 60 cm, depth 20 cm, made of stainless steel) to a thickness of 1.5 mm, and the mixture was heated at room temperature. It was cured in 5 hours. A water faucet (inner diameter 14 mm) was installed at a height of 30 cm from the center bottom of this sink, and water was allowed to flow down at a flow rate of 20/min.
