設され加熱管11が内設された燃焼室6と、該燃
焼室6の側方に附設された空気予熱器7とを具備
したスターリングエンジンであつて、 前記冷却室10の内方側に熱電ポンプ13′に
てなる冷却器13が内設され、該熱電ポンプ13
′は冷却管12により前記シリンダー1の圧縮室
4と前記蓄熱器8とに連通されてその冷却管12
が前記燃焼室6の加熱管11に連結され、前記冷
却室10と前記空気予熱器7とは連結管15によ
り連通されて構成されることにより熱電ポンプの
冷却水によりエンジンの作動流体が冷却され、そ
の冷却水の熱を空気予熱器の流入空気が吸収して
燃焼に供し得るようになるスターリングエンジン
の冷却装置。 2 前記冷却器13の熱電ポンプ13′は筒状に
て形成され、該熱電ポンプ13′の内方側に少く
とも1個以上の冷却管12′が挿設されて該冷却
管12′が前記冷却管12に連結され、その熱電
ポンプ13′の外周面上には多数個の放熱フイン
