産業上の利用分野
本考案は、動力噴霧機の薬液圧送ポンプの改良
に関するものであつて、特に噴霧圧の設定が容易

従来技術
この種の装置としては、例えば、第5図に示す

て就座する弁体58と、この弁体58との間に調
圧バネ59を縮説する調圧用バネ押さえ50とか
ら成るポンプの内面に、このハンドルの回転中心
68と同心円状に適宜数の段部を有するカム溝6
5を形成し、このカム溝内に調圧用バネ押え50
から突出するガイド軸50aを従動節として当接
することにより、圧力調整を行う調圧弁を有する
ポンプが知られている。(実開昭60−102558公報
参照)
しかしながら、このポンプを、例えば、第4図
に示すような背負い式薬液タンク71の下部に装
着した小型内燃エンジン72を駆動源とする噴霧
機用薬液圧送ポンプ60として用いた場合、タン
ク71を背負バンド73で背中に背負つたままで
ハンドル64を操作しようとしても、触覚だけで
は、ハンドルの圧力設定位置がよく分からないた
め、噴霧圧の変更の度毎に重いタンクを下ろして
吐出圧の設定を行うという煩わしさがあつた。
又、カム溝65中を、ガイド軸50aが摺動する
機構は、調圧バネ59のバネ圧が、細いガイド軸
50aの先端に集中するので、カム溝の磨り減り
が大きく、圧力設定が次第に狂つてくる惧れがあ

流路側に設けた弁座に圧接する弁ロツドとを備
え、この弁ロツドの他端に、断面形状が略多角形
で、その各辺からカム回動軸中心までの距離が段
階的に長くなつている調圧カムを回動可能に係合
させ、この調圧カムの回動軸を圧力設定ハンドル
によつて回動させて、噴霧圧設定を行なうように

切る吸入弁33を開いて、シリンダ31内に入つ
て加圧され、吐出弁35を開いて吐出流路36に
至り、吐出口36aから、噴霧ノズル側へ送られ
るが、このような動作は、プランジヤ30の両ヘ
ツド側で交互に繰り返されている。この吐出流路
36に、上部周面で連通する円筒1が一体的に設
けられており、該円筒1の上端開口には、該開口
を閉塞するねじ蓋2が螺着し、更に、該ねじ蓋2
の中央を貫通して、圧力微調整ねじ3が螺着して
いる。この圧力微調整ねじ3の円筒1内への突出
端に隣接して、円筒1と同軸の遊動杆4aの上下
端に、円筒内周面にOリング4c,4cを介して
摺接する突縁4b,4bを有して成る遊動弁座4
が収納されており、遊動杆4aには、吐出流路3
6と遊動弁座4の下方の円筒1内空間から成る弁
室5とを連通する連通孔4dが穿設されている。
この連通孔4dの、下方の突縁4bの中央付近に
開口する開口端4eに、調圧弁体6が、調圧バネ
7の弾発力によつて圧接している。8は、圧縮コ
イルスプリングから成る調圧バネ7を押さえる弁
ロツドで、その周溝8aに外嵌するOリングを介
して弁室5内に摺動自在に収納されている。弁ロ
ツド8の下端8bは、円筒1の下端に円筒1と直
交する方向に枢着されたカム回動軸10と一体回
動可能に支持された調圧カム9と係合している。

ト3aをゆるめて、圧力微調整ねじ3をまわし
て、遊動弁座4を変位させることにより、極めて
簡単に、かつ正確に行うことができるなど実用性
