A belt conveyor 10 is provided on the vehicle body 2, a powder tank 4 with an open bottom is provided above the belt conveyor 10, and a discharge duct 15 is provided between the rear part of the powder tank 4 and the rear part of the belt conveyor 10. At the entrance side of the discharge duct 15, a plurality of gates are provided in the width direction of the belt conveyor 10, which are movable up and down between a closed position in contact with the upper surface of the belt conveyor 10 and an open position separated from the upper surface of the belt conveyor 10. A powder scattering vehicle characterized in that a plurality of decompression plates 11 for preventing consolidation are provided in a body tank 4 at intervals in the powder conveyance direction by a belt conveyor 10.
