ツド。 ２ 発泡性コア材は、ヒール側にシヤフト取付け
部が一体形成されたフレームおよびフレームに取
り付けられたフエイスプレートを所定の厚さで覆
うように取り付けられた請求項１のクラブヘツド
。 ３ フレームは、クラブヘツドの中心部にてフエ
イス側からバツク側に向かう軸線を有した複数の
中空軸部材が一体あるいは別体に設けられた請求
項２のクラブヘツド。 ４ 発泡性コア材の底面にソールプレートを所定
の間隔をおいて取付けた後、発泡性コア材の外周
およびソールプレートとの間に樹脂被覆層を一体
成形した請求項１のクラブヘツド。 ５ 樹脂被覆層は、発泡性コア材に対して樹脂を
射出成形して形成した請求項１〜４のクラブヘツ
ド。 ６ 樹脂被覆層は、繊維を含有した複合樹脂から
なり、発泡性コア材に対して複合樹脂を加熱圧縮
