Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain automatic reception of an emergency broadcast or the like or special automatic hot line reception by tuning a frequency received so far to a predetermined frequency forcibly upon the receipt of a radio wave with said predetermined frequency. CONSTITUTION:A switching signal tuning section 4 tuned to a predetermined frequency (such as the frequency of an emergency broadcast radio wave) always monitors the output of a radio wave reception section 1 and detects it when a respectively of an emergency broadcast radio wave exists in the output and sends a switching command signal to a switching control section 5.
