Reference numeral 40 denotes a movable plate which is pivotally supported to be openable and closable via hinges 41 at the tips of the arms 12 of the support member 10. When there is wind pressure such as a large amount of air entering, the wind pressure pushes the movable plate 40 upward and brings the tip of the movable plate 40 into contact with the bent part 35 of the aggregate 30, thereby opening the ventilation path S4 . Closed tightly,
It is constructed to prevent air from entering.
