Abstract

PURPOSE:To cut down the production cost of a case while the generation ratio of defectives is reduced by a method wherein at least one among wall parts, which are disposed in upright on the outer periphery of a flat plate made of a metal, is formed by a synthetic resin outsert molding. CONSTITUTION:First and second wall parts 2 and 3, which are respectively formed on two sides opposing to each other of a flat plate 1, are formed integrally with the plate 1 by a bending work means and at the same time, third and fourth wall parts 4 and 5, which are respectively formed on other two sides in an opposed state, are formed by a synthetic resin outsert molding. In such a way, a case, which is superior in strength, can be simply manufactured, the generation ratio of defectives is also reduced, the production cost of the case is also cut down and at the time of formation of the wall parts 4 and 5 using the outsert molding, the shape and color of these wall parts 4 and 5 can be freely set.
