〔先行技術及び問題点〕
パール様光沢を呈する装飾容器は本出願前から
知られたおり、例えば特開昭53−41596号や実公
昭57−23155号にも記載されている。この公知の
ものは共に２重構造の容器であるが共に次のよう
な欠点がある。即ち特公昭53−41596号に記載の
ものは外層がパール顔料（パールエツセンス）入
りの透明層であるため、パール光沢は優れている
が、成形をブロー成形で行うと容器の延伸部分と
非延伸部分での伸びが異なるため肉厚が変化し、
そのため肉厚である着色層の見え方が一様となり
難く、色むらが生じ易いという欠点がある。また
実公昭57−23155号に記載のものは、特公昭53−
41596号の容器の欠点を改善しようとしたもので
あるが、外層をパール顔料と透明着色剤を加えた
層としているので色むらはかなり解消させること
ができるパール光沢の点では前者より劣つてい

〔本考案の改善策〕[Improvement measures of this invention]
本考案は上記公知のものの二次点を同時に解決
しようとしたものであり、容器壁が外層がパール
顔料入り非着色透明樹脂層、中間層がパール顔料
入りもしくはパール顔料を含まない透明着色樹脂
層、内層が中間層と同色の充填剤入り不透明層の
三層とすることにより、その目的を達することに
成功したものである。

第２図において１は器壁の最外層であつて、こ

を加えてもよい。その場合にはより優雅な装飾効
果が得られることもある。更に３は容器の内層で
ありこの層はチタン等の顔料を充填したことによ
り不透明とされ、かつ中間層２と同色に着色され
ている。なお層１，２，３に使用する樹脂は熱可
塑性樹脂であれば何れも使用可能であるが、各層
にはなるべく同一樹脂あるいは近似した樹脂を用

〔考案の効果〕[Effect of idea]
本考案は以上の如きものであるから、容器外か
らの入射光は層１と２の界面および層２と３の界
面で反射されるので、色むらの生ずることがな
く、又パール光沢が失われることもない。しかも
層２にパール顔料が加えられていると前述したよ
うに光沢により優雅さが加わるという効果があ
る。
