FIG. 3 is a half-sectional view showing the configuration of a conventional speaker, in which a ring-shaped magnet 3 and a ring-shaped upper plate 4 are placed on a lower plate 2 having a center pole 1.
A frame 6 is connected to the upper plate 4 of the magnetic circuit 5, and a diaphragm 8 is attached to the periphery of the frame 6.
A gasket 7 was glued together with the peripheral edge of the gasket 7. Also,
A voice coil 10 fitted without eccentricity into the magnetic gap 9 formed by the magnetic circuit 5 is coupled to the center of the diaphragm 8, and the bobbin middle portion of the voice coil 10 is held by a damper 11. Further, a dust cap 12 was incorporated on the upper surface of the central portion of the diaphragm 8.

It was connected to a terminal 15 placed in the space and coupled to the frame.

At this time, since the gold thread wire 14 connected to the voice coil 10 has a configuration with a margin for routing, the voice coil 10, the diaphragm 8, the damper 11
The gold thread wire 14 oscillates with the amplitude of the vibration system components,
This has caused quality problems such as contact with the diaphragm 8 and damper 11 and generating abnormal noise or breaking the wire.

However, in the above configuration, since the gold thread wire 14 is impregnated with resin, a resin coating is formed on the surface of the gold thread wire 14, and it is connected to the voice coil 10 or the terminal 15. Solderability becomes extremely difficult. Further, although the latter configuration improves solderability, it has the problem that a large number of steps are required to sew the gold thread wire 14 and the damper 11 together.

である。[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a speaker according to the present invention has a frame coupled to a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap formed therein, and an outer peripheral portion of a diaphragm having a voice coil coupled to the central portion of the frame. The inner periphery of the damper is bonded to the outer periphery of the damper and a voice coil is fitted into the magnetic gap, and the inner periphery of the damper is formed by impregnating a thermosetting resin into a base fabric made of cotton fiber alone or phenolic fiber, cotton fiber, and heat-resistant fiber. At the same time, cut out a part of this damper, place a pair of gold thread wires in this cut out part, connect one end of this gold thread wire to the voice coil, and connect the other end to the voice coil. The structure is such that it is connected to a terminal connected to the frame.
