More specifically, it is easy to form a desired pattern and apply the patterned masking sheet to the surface to be painted, and the desired pattern can be easily formed without deforming or losing the shape of the pattern during pasting and painting. The present invention relates to a masking sheet material that makes it possible to form a painted surface with a pattern.

Conventionally, masking sheets have been used to apply a painted surface having a certain pattern to a wall surface, but these sheets are not sufficient in terms of handling or the dimensional accuracy of the pattern obtained. In other words, due to the large contraction and expansion of the material, the pattern deforms or loses its shape during each process of patterning the sheet, adhering the patterned sheet to the surface to be painted, or painting, resulting in the desired pattern not being printed on the painted surface. It was difficult to form it with high precision. As a result of various studies aimed at improving this drawback, the inventor of the present invention found that the above-mentioned drawback could be improved by using a composite sheet. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a masking sheet according to the present invention. First, the foaming ratio is 10-100% (1.1-2.0)
A low-foam polyolefin sheet 1 such as a low-foam polyethylene sheet with a thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm and preferably 0.3-0.4 mm is coated with an adhesive layer on both sides of the sheet.
A polyester film 2 of 20 microns, preferably 12 microns, is laminated. The low-foamed polyolefin insheet, which is the core material of the masking sheet material of the present invention, has high cushioning properties and flexibility, making the resulting masking sheet material easy to handle, and the polyester film applied to both sides of the low-foaming polyolefin sheet is thin. Since it has high toughness and low shrinkage rate, it provides masking sheet material with satisfactory strength and dimensional stability. The composite sheet thus obtained is sequentially processed into the following composite sheets by applying the following treatments. That is 1)
Providing glue layer 3 on one side of the composite sheet (composite sheet); 2) Providing mold release agent layer 4 on one side of the composite sheet, and providing adhesive layer 3 on the other side (composite sheet); 3) Composite sheet A release agent layer 4 is provided on one side, and a release paper layer 5 is provided on the other side via a glue layer 3 (composite sheet). The composite sheet thus obtained is further laminated to a desired thickness. In other words, a composite sheet having a release paper layer is stacked so that the surface of the release agent layer as the bottom layer is in contact with the adhesive layer surface of the first composite sheet stacked thereon, and then the second composite sheet is stacked further on top of it. The composite sheets are laminated so that the surface of the release agent layer of the first composite sheet is in contact with the surface of the adhesive layer of the first composite sheet, and a desired number of composite sheets are successively stacked. In this way, the masking sheet material of the present invention is completed. In this case, the thickness of the finished masking sheet material can be adjusted to the desired thickness by appropriately selecting the number of laminated composite sheets; A rating of 3-5 is desirable.
Multiple masking sheets can be manufactured at once by pressing the laminated masking sheets with a mold having a desired pattern, and the laminated masking sheets are packaged and transported to the site of use, and the upper It can be used by sequentially peeling off the masking sheet and pasting it on the surface to be painted. FIG. 2 shows a top view of a brick and tile pattern made using masking sheet material according to the present invention.

The masking sheet material according to the present invention is a multilayer sheet with a basic structure of three layers consisting of a low foam polyolefin sheet and a polyester film laminated on both sides, so the cushioning properties of the low foam polyethylene sheet and the rigidity of the polyester film are moderate. It has balanced physical properties. Therefore, this masking sheet material can be punched or cut out to form a pattern with high accuracy, and the pattern will not be deformed or lose its shape when it is attached to the surface to be painted or when the paint is applied, allowing the desired coating to be achieved. Patterns can be formed with high dimensional accuracy. Furthermore, by changing the number of laminated sheets, the coating thickness can be freely selected.
