アーポンプ８を前記内容器５内とを連通させる空
気吹込通路１４と、前記内容器５内と外気とを連
通させる蒸気逃し通路１４Ａをそれぞれ形成し、
しかも前記空気吹込通路１４と前記蒸気逃し通路
１４Ａとを択一的に開閉する弁４７，９２を設け
るとともに、前記エアーポンプ８の作動に連動し
て前記弁４７，９２を作動せしめる弁操作手段５
６，５７を設け、さらに前記蒸気逃し通路１４Ａ
中に液体容器転倒時に該蒸気逃し通路１４Ａを閉
