【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は主として路面融雪装置や散水装置など
に組込んで用いるノズル装置に関するものであ
る。

付が困難である、水量調節操作が行いにくい、
構成が複雑で小型化に限度がある、新規なも
のとの取替操作に容易さがない、掃除および補
修に大がかりの作業が必要である、うちの一つ以
上の欠陥を有していた。

る細径部2の外周に接続管3を取付用第1雄ネジ
4を同じく太径部5の外周に第2雄ネジ6を夫々
刻設すると共にこれとは別個に、上端の開口縁の
まわりに傘型の蓋部7を一体に連設した管体8を
構成し、この管体8の内径孔の上端を六角レンチ
嵌着用六角孔9とし且つ管体8の上端寄り個所の
内周面に第1雌ネジ10を刻設し同じく下端寄り
個所に内外に連通する導水孔11を開設すると共
に蓋部7の外周壁の内周面に第2雌ネジ12を刻
設し、この第2雌ネジ12を上記の第2雄ネジ6
に螺合させた時には管体8が太径部5内に挿入さ
れて其の下端が細径部2の上端開口に嵌着され太
径部5の内壁と蓋部7の下面と管体8の外壁とに
より囲繞された密閉の空洞13を形成し、更に蓋
部7に於て空洞13に接する壁に上下両端開放の
傾斜状散水孔14を開設すると共にこれ等とは別
個に、上半分の外周面に第3雄ネジ15が刻設さ
れた上面にドライバー溝16を有する制水コマ1
7を構成し、この制水コマ17を上記の管体8の
中に上方より挿入して第3雄ネジ15と第1雌ネ
ジ10を螺合させ、制水コマ17は上昇時には導
水孔11を開放状態とし下降時には閉止状態とす
るようにしたことを要旨とし、これによつて上記
の欠陥の全てを解決した新規のノズル装置を提供
することを目的とするものである。

ので、この第1雄ネジ4と螺合自在の雌ネジを上
端部の内周面にもつ接続管3を送水管19の所々
に予め立設されてあれば、当該送水管19に対し
ては螺合操作によつて簡単に取付けることができ
且つ新しいものとの取替の際の取外しは当該螺合
の解消によつて容易になすことができる。また、
ノズル主体1に於ける太径部5の外周に第2雄ネ
ジ6を夫々刻設すると共にこれとは別個に、上端
の開口縁のまわりに傘型の蓋部7を一体に連接し
た管体8を構成し、この管体8の上端寄りの内周
面に第1雌ネジ10を刻設し同じく下端寄り個所
に内外に連通する導水孔11を開設すると共に蓋
部7の外周壁の内周面に第2雌ネジ12を上記の
第2雄ネジ6に螺合させた時には管体8が太径部
5内に挿入されて其の下端が細径部2の上端開口
に嵌着して太径部5の内壁と蓋部7の下面と管体
8の外壁とにより囲繞された密閉の空洞13を形
成し、更に蓋部7に於て空洞13に接する壁に上
下両端開放の傾斜状散水孔14を開設すると共に
これ等とは別個に、上半分の外周面に第3雄ネジ
15が刻設された上面にドライバー溝16を有す
る制水コマ17を構成し、この制水コマ17を上
記の管体8の中に上方より挿入して第3雄ネジ1
5と第1雌ネジ10を螺合させ、制水コマ17は
上昇時には導水孔11を開放状態とし下降時には
閉止状態とするようにしたので、水量調節操作は
ドライバー溝16にドライバーの先端を嵌めて制
水コマ17を廻せばよいものである。更に、上記
のように全体はノズル主体1と管体8と制水コマ
17から成り、そして互に螺合によつて組込まれ
ているものであつて、構成が簡易で小型化に適し
ているものである。また、上記のように各パーツ
の組込は螺合操作により、同じく分解は当該螺合
の解消操作によりなすことが可能であるので、掃
除または補修作業は大がかりでなくともできるも
のである。このように、本考案に係わるノズル装
置は、上記の欠陥の全てを解決した新規のノズル
装置を提供するという所期の目的を完全に達成す
る効果を有するものである。

ネジ6に螺合させた時には管体8が太径部5内に
挿入されて其の下端が細径部2の上端開口に嵌着
して太径部5の内壁と蓋部7の下面と管体8の外
壁とにより囲繞された密閉の空洞13を形成し、
更に蓋部7に於て空洞13に接する壁に上下両端
開放の傾斜状散水孔14を開設すると共にこれ等
とは別個に、上半分の外周面に第3雄ネジ15が
刻設された上面にドライバー溝16を有する制水
コマ17を構成し、この制水コマ17を上記の管
体8の中に上方より挿入して第3雄ネジ15と第
1雌ネジ10を螺合させ、制水コマ17は上昇時
には導水孔11を開放状態とし下降時には閉止状
態とするようにしたものであつて、道路内に埋設
した送水管19の所々に立設された内ネジ接続管
3に、六角孔9に六角レンチをする等してノズル
主体1を廻すことによつて螺着させたものであ
る。
