1 is a table of a vibration molding machine, and this table 1 is divided at the center, and a mold 2 for vibration molding is installed below it. The mold 2 of the embodiment is of a double type (two molds), and a wear-resistant plate 3 is attached to its upper surface in a replaceable manner. The upper surface of the mold 2 is approximately at the same height as the table 1, and grooves 4 of a predetermined width are provided on the left and right sides of the mold 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a chute installed inside the groove 4, which is used to collect the raw material that has fallen into the groove 4 and discharge it to the outside, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

This slide table 6 normally retreats to the outside of the groove 4 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but when feeding raw materials, it moves forward toward the mold 2 and overhangs the groove 4, and its tip has a wear-resistant surface. It comes into close contact with the end face of plate 3. In the embodiment, slide tables 6 are also provided on the tables 1 on both sides in order to alternately supply two types of raw materials into the mold 2 from both sides, but when only one type of raw material is supplied, It is sufficient to provide it only on one side.

The movable hopper 8 is bottomless and can be moved forward and backward by a cylinder 9 while contacting the upper surface of the slide table 6. In the embodiment, movable hoppers 8 are provided on the table 1 on both sides, and colored raw materials for the surface layer and uncolored raw materials for the inner layer can be alternately supplied.

The scraper 10 of the embodiment has a double structure in which a soft material such as rubber is attached to the inside, and a hard material such as hardboard, iron, or plastic is attached to the outside. What is shown on the left side of FIG. 4 is the end of the moving hopper 8 on the opposite side, and the scraper 1

is moved to bring its tip into close contact with the end surface of the wear-resistant plate 3 of the mold 2. In this state, the movable hopper 8 is slid along the upper surface of the slide table 6 to above the wear-resistant plate 3, and the raw material in the movable hopper 8 is supplied into the mold 2 via the wear-resistant plate 3.

By doing this, the previous raw material that was spilled on the top of the wear-resistant plate 3 is pushed by the scraper 10 and dropped into the groove 4, and mixes with the raw material inside the movable hopper 8. There is no. Thereafter, the movable hopper 8 retreats to its original position, and the slide table 6 similarly retreats.

Then, a different raw material than the previous one is fed into the mold 2. In this case as well, the scraper 10 of the moving hopper 8 on the opposite side moves to above the groove 4 and scrapes the remaining raw material into the groove 4.
Drop it inside. In the embodiment, an air injection nozzle 11 is attached to the outside of the moving hopper 8 on the opposite side.
It is possible to move forward while blowing the spilled raw material into the groove 4, and the upper surface of the wear-resistant plate 3, etc. can be cleaned more reliably.

Since it is attached to a stand 12 for vibrating,
The raw material that has fallen into the groove 4 is collected by the chute 5 during vibration molding and is automatically discharged to the outside. It goes without saying that the wear-resistant plate 3 can be replaced as appropriate depending on the degree of wear. The raw material supplied into the mold 2 is then subjected to vibration molding, resulting in a product such as a water-permeable block.

It can be automatically expelled into the groove, eliminating problems such as mixing of different raw materials. Further, according to the present invention, continuous molding can be performed since manual cleaning as in the conventional method is not required. Therefore, the present invention greatly contributes to the development of industry as a raw material supply device for a molding machine that solves the conventional problems.
