【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  複数対の案内部材を有し各対の案内部
材に対向する案内面を長手方向に沿ってそれぞれ形成し
た固定案内体と、各対の対向する案内面と摺動自在にそ
れぞれ対向する摺動面によって前記固定案内体に案内支
持させた可動体と、前記案内面および摺動面の間にそれ
ぞれ設けた静圧軸受とを備えた可動体の案内装置におい
て、所要対の対向する案内部材間の長手方向の複数個所
に、一方の案内部材を弾性変形させて、一方の案内部材
の案内面と他方の案内部材の案内面との間隔を、この間
隔の長手方向に沿う中心線両側に対称形とする案内面調
整機構を設けたことを特徴とする可動体の案内装置。
Claim 1: A fixed guide body having a plurality of pairs of guide members, each having a guide surface facing each pair of guide members formed along the longitudinal direction, and a fixed guide body having a plurality of pairs of guide members, each of which is slidably slidable on the opposing guide surface of each pair. In a guide device for a movable body, the movable body is guided and supported by the fixed guide body by opposing sliding surfaces, and a static pressure bearing is provided between the guide surface and the sliding surface. By elastically deforming one of the guide members at multiple locations in the longitudinal direction between the guide members, the distance between the guide surface of one guide member and the guide surface of the other guide member is changed to the center of the distance along the longitudinal direction. A guide device for a movable body, characterized in that a guide surface adjustment mechanism is provided to make the guide surface symmetrical on both sides of the line.
