Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable judgement to be carried out by a person as well as a conventional seal-impression collating work by providing a function alternatively displaying the print of a registered seal and the print of the seal to be collated at a same position on a display. CONSTITUTION:The image data of the print of the registered seal is stored in an image data file part 1, the print of the seal to be collated is read by an image data reading part 2, the print of the registered seal and that of the seal to be collated are displayed on a reading display part 3, and a control part 4 controls them. A positional assignment is conducted in the control part 4 so that the print of the registered seal can be overlapped on the print of the seal to be collated, the print of registered seal is stored in a VRAM 5 for print of registered seal and the print of the seal to be collated, a display switching control circuit 7 alternatively reads out the print of the registered seal and that of the seal to be collated at an interval of approx. 0.5 second, and a video output circuit 8 transmits a display signal to perform displaying.
