ようにした薄板部品保護容器の斜視図である。第
４図及び第５図は本考案の他の実施例を示すもの
である。第４図は、基台に突起を設けた薄板部品
保護容器の縦断面図である。第５図は、基台に突
起を設けた薄板部品保護容器の斜視図である。第
６図及び第７図は本考案のその他の実施例を示す
ものである。第６図は、凹部を設けた基台の縦断
面図である。第７図は、一方の基台にのみ凹部を
設けた薄板部品保護容器の縦断面図である。 １，１′，１″は基台、２，２′は緩衝材、３
は接着材層、４，４′は導電性フイルム、５は薄
板部品、６はクリツプ、７は薄板部品保護容器、
８は突起、９は連結部材、１０は凹部である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 緩衝材上に接着材層と導電性フイルムとが順
    次形成され、導電性フイルムが緩衝材上に接着さ
    れている基台２個からなり、両基台の導電性フイ
    ルムにより薄板部品が１つだけ挟まれることを特
    徴とする薄板部品保護容器。 ２ 緩衝材上に接着材層と導電性フイルムとが順
    次形成され、導電性フイルムが緩衝材上に接着さ
    れている基台２個からなると共に、少なくとも一
    方の基台の導電性フイルムに凹部を設けるように
    緩衝材上の所定部の接着材層の厚さが周囲の接着
    材層の厚さよりも薄く形成されており、両基台の
    導電性フイルムにより凹部に収納された薄板部品
    が１つだけ挟まれることを特徴とする薄板部品保
    護容器。
