【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  永久磁石と電磁コイルとからなる磁気
回路を形成し、電磁力により可動板を上下に加振させ、
人体に感知する振動を発生させる振動発生アクチュエー
タであって、断面形状がロ字状の非磁性ハウジングの内
側の上部面と下部面とに偏平の形状をした電磁コイルを
固定し、前記上部面と下部面の電磁コイルの間に、厚さ
方向に着磁した長方体の永久磁石を上側面と下側面とに
固着した可動板を配置して磁気回路を形成し、前記上部
面と下部面に配置した電磁コイルに永久磁石が作る磁界
に付勢する磁界を形成するように交番励磁電流を加え、
可動板を上下に加振するように構成したことを特徴とす
る振動発生アクチュエータ。
