The problem was that it did not provide good insulation to the cable. Furthermore, since both edges of the coating layer 4 of the fire spread prevention agent are in close contact with the side surface portions 10 of the cable tray 1, when changing, expanding, or replacing the cable route,
It was difficult to peel off the coating layer 4.

In other words, placing sand on top of the cables laid on the cable rack is limited by the load capacity of the cable rack, and since cable racks do not have an airtight structure like troughs, sand can easily escape in the event of a fire. The problem is that the sheet containing the sand disappears and the sand is released. Furthermore, when installing cable racks vertically, there was a problem in that sand construction was difficult.

In the cable line, the cable line is covered with a separator along the longitudinal direction, and further a coating layer of a fire spread preventive agent is provided along the outer periphery of the separator in the longitudinal direction, and at least one end edge of the separator is on the outside of the coating layer. At least one edge of this separator is bent to the outer surface of the coating layer, and an auxiliary coating layer of a fire spread preventive agent is applied thereon in the length direction, and the auxiliary coating layer The separator is characterized in that the bent portion of the separator is fixed to the outer surface of the coating layer of the fire spread preventive agent.

Compared to the cable line shown in the figure, the fire spread prevention effect and heat insulation effect are better. In addition, since the edges of the separator extend to the outside of the coating layer, the separator can be easily peeled off when changing the cable route, etc., which in turn makes it easier to peel off the coating layer of the fire spread inhibitor. can be done.
