[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is based on the method of manufacturing acrylic fibers in an oxidizing atmosphere.
This disaster prevention clothing is made of fibers that have been oxidized at 200 to 400°C with an oxygen binding content of 10% or more (hereinafter simply referred to as "oxidized acrylic fibers"), and a coating is provided on the high-friction parts of the clothing.

BACKGROUND ART Recently, fire fighting clothing, welding clothing, furnace front clothing, and the like have been developed and put into practical use as disaster prevention clothing under severe conditions involving high temperatures and fires. Materials for these disaster prevention clothing include aluminum-coated fabric and heat-resistant synthetic fiber fabric, but in the case of aluminum-coated fabric, a process of coating the base fabric with aluminum foil is required; As a result, there were problems such as a decrease in elasticity and flexibility, and the coated aluminum foil part was easily damaged, resulting in poor functionality and poor usability as clothing. In addition, heat-resistant synthetic fiber cloths have the disadvantage of poor flame resistance, and all have problems in terms of durability. Therefore, recently, oxidized acrylic fibers with excellent flame resistance, heat resistance, and textile processability have been used as materials for disaster prevention clothing. However, oxidized acrylic fibers have some problems in terms of abrasion resistance compared to general clothing fibers, so when used as clothing, they can be used in areas such as cuffs, hems, elbows, knees, etc. The drawback was that the parts with a lot of rust could cause locks and fraying due to wear.

In other words, the present invention provides flame-resistant, heat-resistant, and abrasion-resistant coatings to the high-friction parts of clothing made of oxidized acrylic fibers, thereby maintaining flexibility and elasticity. To provide disaster prevention clothing that has excellent durability, functionality, and is comfortable to use.

The oxidized acrylic fiber in this invention is polyacrylonitrile fiber that is heated to 200% in an oxidizing atmosphere.
It is a fiber that has been oxidized at ~400℃ with an oxygen bond content of 10% or more. The covering may be made of leather, heat-resistant synthetic fiber cloth treated with flame-retardant resin such as silicon-based resin, fluorine-based resin, etc., and may be attached to the high-friction part of the clothing by sewing, gluing, or the like. Among these, leather is suitable as a covering because it has good abrasion resistance, and even if it is damaged, the damage is limited to only that part and does not cause locking or fraying.
