あり、これらに対して吸着具を多数取り付ける等
のほか種々の提案がなされている。例えば、特開
昭51−72058号公報には真空吸着パット装置が記
載され、弾性の大きな鉄板、プラスチック板等の
懸吊搬送をすることができる移載機で、吸引パイ
プと吸着パット間に弾性パイプを接続し、パイプ
の内部に拡張スプリングを介在して中央を脹らま
し、吸着パットの首振りを自在に行なわせる構造
を有するものが開示され、また実開昭50−18879
号公報には真空吸着カツプが記載され、たとえば
プレス等においてブランクを吸着して所定位置へ
移送供給する真空吸着供給装置に使用するもので
あつて、ゴムまたはその類似の柔軟材質からなる
カツプ体の内面に周縁部を残して放射状の補強リ
ブを一体に設けることによつて充分な吸着力を発
揮しようとするものが開示されている等種々のも
のが知られている。
