産業上の利用分野
本考案は、絶縁性ベースに突設した支柱の上端
部に抜け止め加工を施し、この抜け止め加工部材
の上部より絶縁性トリマーベースを圧入して絶縁
性ベースと絶縁性トリマーベースとを固定したバ

スを支柱の上端部に抜けないようにするための抜
け止め加工部に圧入するだけでベースとステータ
ーとローターとを組み立てられるように構成した

じつけている。従つて従来のバリコンは4本のス
テーター支柱に4個のナツトをそれぞれねじ付け
なければならず部品点数を多く要し、組立工数が

考案の効果
本考案は前記した如くベースに突設した支柱の
上端部に抜け止め加工部を形成し、この抜け止め
加工部をトリマーベースにあけた挿通孔に圧入し
てベースとトリマーベースとステーターとを組み
立てたから、従来に比して部品点数を減少すると
共に組立工数を削減し、従つてその作業性を向上
し、標準作業時間を短縮することができる等の実
