行に便利なように長さを短縮できる機能を備えた
新しい水平器を、比較的簡単な構造により安価に
提供することにある。

管3を埋設し、固定定規1の両端部は、第4図図
示の如く各々上下二片1a,1bに分かれ、両片
1a,1bが対向する部分は逆台形と矩形の断面
を組合わせた案内面4a,4bに形成されてお
り、上片1aの下面と下片1bの上面には、可動
定規2の伸縮限界を規制するため所定の位置に各
2ケ処の凹孔5,6が穿設してある。一方、可動
定規2は、固定定規1両端部の上下片1a,1b
間に跨つて長手方向に滑動可能に嵌合するI形断
面の副定規で、上下のフランジ部2a,2bには
前記固定定規1の上下片1a,1bに設けた案内
面4a,4bに嵌合する同形状の凹溝7a,7b
を形成し、この凹溝7a,7bを挟んで対立する
側壁の上面が可動定規2,2を左右に延長した時
の補助測定面P2,P2になつており、また凹溝7
a,7bの底部には、可動定規2を最大に伸縮し
たときに固定定規1側の凹孔5,6と合致する位
置に当該可動定規2の移動を拘束する係合子8が
出没可能に突設してある。係合子8には、本実施
例の場合、上端縁を窄めた筒体8aの内部に圧縮
コイルバネ8bで常時上方に付勢された鋼球8c
と前記圧縮コイルバネの強さを調節する小ネジ8
dとを収容したものが用いられているが、先端部
に前記凹孔5,6内に突入する山形の突起を形成

定規2が引き出されて固定定規1から逸脱する恐

間の距離をとすれば図面上L1=L+2まで
