け方によつてはくつぬぐいマツトが滑つて危険な
ことは多くの人が経験しているところである。又
空間部7′は密室状態で空気の流通が悪く床面の
変色、破損の原因となり、雑菌の繁殖も多く衛生
面から考えても良いとはいえず、更に当該ベース
部6′の裏側の清掃も免倒である等多くの難点が
存在する。

めに、該打ち抜き部4から加圧加硫によつて突起
状に形成された突起部5は、放熱冷却時に収縮に
よつてその下面が自然に吸盤状に形成されるとい
う効果を奏する。

周縁Rによつて各突起部5の下面を吸盤状に形成
することを特徴とするくつぬぐいマツトベース部
の製造方法。
