なるが如く複数個の貫通孔２ｂ…３ｂ…を形成し
た筒状連結体を連結すべき両鋼管１ａ，１ｂの各
端部に溶接により固定し、前記筒状連結体２，３
の連結部片２ａ…３ａ…の両面に複数個の貫通孔
