【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 この考案は、ベントキヤツプのストツパ部材構
造、つまりベントキヤツプがその嵌装部を介して
換気ダクトに取付けられるに際して、嵌装部と嵌
装部が嵌合する換気ダクトとの間に介在し、両者
の嵌合状体を補強するためのストツパ部材の構造
(以下、単にストツパ部材構造と称す)に関する。

〈考案が解決しようとする課題〉 前記公報等にも見られるようにベントキヤツプ
のストツパ部材については、従来より種々の工夫
が凝らされてきているが、それぞれ一長一短があ
り、どれが最善というものでもなく、その中にあ
つて、ベントキヤツプ1として、弾性部2と固定
部3とよりなるストツパ部材4を固定部3を介し
てリベツト止めする構造のものが知られているが
(第3図)、このリベツト止めタイプは、形状・構
造が単純で、しかも嵌装部に取付け易いという長
所がある一方で、嵌装部にたいする取付け状態が
やや不安定、つまりリベツト止めされているだけ
であるから、このリベツト止めのリベツト5を支
点に矢示Aの如き首振りをし易いので、嵌装部と
換気ダクトとの間にあつて正確な向きとならない
場合があり確実な補強状態を得られないおそれが
あるという短所があつた。もつとも、この問題
は、複数箇所リベツト止めすれば生じないもので
あるが、加工コストの点から好ましいことではな
い。尚、第3図中6がベントキヤツプ本体であ
り、7が嵌装部であり、8が換気ダクトである。
尚、この明細書において「リベツト止め」とは、
いわゆる「リベツト」による固定に限られず、例
えば「ピン」などによる固定も含むものとする。
