[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention is a water collection and sprinkling system that is buried underground and used to collect water from surrounding strata or to sprinkle water in pipes. The present invention relates to pipes, and particularly to pipes for collecting and distributing water that are easy to assemble and improve water collection and dispersion performance.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, whether rainwater accumulates on the ground surface, it weakens the ground, and if the accumulated water flows only in one direction, it forms unexpected water flow areas, and the formation of strata weakens. Unexpected subsidence may occur if moisture is contained unevenly, so as a ground countermeasure, pipes with water holes or slits drilled in the surrounding wall of the pipe material are buried horizontally or vertically to prevent damage to the surrounding strata. Techniques have been developed to collect water from the ground and sprinkle water into the soil.

[Problem that the invention aims to solve] When these pipes are laid in a large playground, for example, a considerable length of buried portion occurs, but for manufacturing reasons it is not possible to make one pipe material that long. It is not possible to do so, and the pipe materials must be connected in multiple stages. If the pipe is a metal material, welding or screwing is possible, but in the case of vinyl chloride resin pipes, which have become popular in recent years, the degree of fixation after adhesion is often insufficient.

In addition, when a slit is provided, a fin section extending outward from the long edge is used to guide water flow over a wide range, but the larger the area of the fin section, the more likely it is to receive pressure from the strata. , torsional resistance in the circumferential direction acts, making it easy for the joints to come off the adhesive.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In the present invention, the measures taken to solve the above problems include a plurality of water passage slits along the longitudinal direction of the circular tube shape and one side of the water passage slits. an end portion of a tube material in which a fin portion extending radially outward from a long edge portion of the tube material is aligned with both end surfaces of the annular shape, and a circumferential position of the tube material is aligned with the fin portion of the tube material;
and the corresponding fin portions are fitted into the respective notches of the connecting material, which are formed with notches whose circumferential positions are different on both end faces, and are fitted onto the inner diameter surface of the connecting material. This is a water collecting and distributing pipe in which fin portions of connected adjacent pipe members are arranged with a phase difference.

[Operation] The circumferential position of the notch cut into the annular end surface of the connecting material matches the fin portion of the pipe material, so when the pipe material is inserted into the inner part of the connecting material, the fin portion fits into the notch. Together, they lock the displacement in the circumferential direction. If the dimensions of the fin portion and the notch are approximately the same and have a desired coefficient of friction, the adhesion in the longitudinal direction will be further strengthened.

In addition, if the circumferential positions of the notches on both sides of the connection material are different, the strength of the connection material itself will increase, and the direction of the fins will be different for each stage of the connection.
The directional density of collected water will increase.

FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a connecting portion of a pipe for collecting and distributing water according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, a tube 1 has a plurality of water passage slits 1a and a fin portion 1b extending radially outward from one long edge of the water passage slits 1a, and a connecting member 2 is provided on the outside of the tube 1. The ring body has an annular cross-section with an inner diameter that is approximately the same size as the diameter, and the pipe material 1 is inserted from above and below in the figure. Notches 2b of a predetermined length are cut into the ring trunk 2a from the upper and lower ends, the circumferential position of the notches 2b corresponds to the fins 1b of the tube 1, and the width corresponds to the thickness of the fins 1b. are set almost the same. The length of the notch 2b is the length of the ring body 2a.
When the tube material 1 is inserted from both ends, it can be connected at the center. As for the connection method, an adhesive or the like may be used, and there is no particular limitation.In addition, a screw hole 2c that communicates both the pipe material 1 and the connecting material 2 is bored, and it is firmly secured with a bolt or special rivet. It can be fixed.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of the above-mentioned connecting member 2 in a recumbent state. The connecting member 2 is a ring body with a circular cross section, into which pipes are inserted from the left and right sides in the figure, and the ring body 2a has notches of a predetermined length from the left and right ends in the figure. 2b is notched, and the circumferential position of the notch 2b corresponds to the fin portion of the tube material. The length of the notch 2b is approximately half the length of the ring body 2a, so that when the tube is inserted from both ends, it can be connected at the center. A screw hole 2c is drilled through which the connecting member 2 and the pipe material communicate with each other, so that they can be firmly fixed with bolts, special rivets, or the like.

FIG. 3 is a partial perspective view showing a state in which the pipe members are connected by the connecting member 2 described above. In FIG. 3, the pipe material 1 is fitted into the connecting material 2 with the six fins 1b extending radially from the long edge of the water passage slit 1a corresponding to the notches, and the pipe material 1 and the connecting material are fitted into the connecting material 2. It is fixed with a bolt 2d that connects the material 2. According to this connection method, since the fin portion 1b of the tube material 1 is utilized to prevent displacement in the circumferential direction, the degree of fixation is strengthened, and the assembly is easy since the main component is fitting. The fact that the circumferential position of each notch is different at both ends has a good effect on the strength of the connecting material 2 itself, and also allows the direction of the fin portion 1b to be different for each pipe material, as shown in FIG. This has the effect of diversifying the directions of water collection and water spraying.
