This leakage not only stains the packaged product and the cutter, but also causes problems such as premature deterioration of the cutter's sharpness.

If there was residual liquid in the part, the liquid would seep out from the tear line, significantly degrading the packaging quality.

Therefore, the present invention makes use of the above-mentioned invention to simultaneously form a separating means over the entire width of the filled packaged product and a separating means only for the partially heated part, thereby separating the filled packaged products individually and at the same time removing the liquid. The purpose is to enable the formation of a cutting section necessary for pouring out, etc.

。[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention flattens a part of the cylindrical body relatively to the top of the supply path of the cylindrical body from top to bottom, and tightly adheres it in the width direction. In order to achieve elasticity, a curved pressure section is provided to be able to approach and separate from both sides of the cylindrical body and protrude in the width direction of the cylindrical body, and the curved pressure section placed opposite the curved surface pressurizes the elastic body. A heater that deforms and heats the elastic pressure part provided in the width direction of the cylindrical body and the sealed part of the cylindrical body that is in close contact with a predetermined width by both pressure parts at a temperature lower than the set temperature to weakly bond the body. The temporary sealing means is provided at a position below the temporary sealing means and separated by the length of the bag so as to be able to come into contact with and separate from the temporary sealing part, and when in contact, the temporary sealing part is heated to a set temperature. The present sealing means is equipped with a heater that heats the sealed portion of the cylindrical body, and the heater has a full-width heating portion that heats the sealed portion of the cylindrical body over the entire width, and a partial heating portion that heats the sealed portion while leaving an unsealed portion. are arranged adjacent to each other in the direction in which the cylindrical body is supplied, and furthermore, a technical measure is taken to provide a cutting means for forming a separation part in a range corresponding to the heating length of each heating part.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the filling and packaging machine has a roll R of film or sheet made of heat-fusible resin built into the machine body 1, which is pulled out to the upper part of the front of the machine body, and is pulled out to the upper part of the front of the machine body, and the roll R of film or sheet made of heat-fusible resin is built into the machine body 1. It has the function of forming a cylindrical body R' by almost inverting it, wrapping it around the cylindrical guide body 3 which also serves as a means for filling the contents, and welding the combined both ends with the heat sealing part 4. , along the path for supplying the cylindrical body R' from the upper front to the lower part, the cylindrical body R' is sealed at regular intervals while removing the liquid inside the cylindrical body N, and the packaged product R is sealed. ”.

As a result, the two surfaces of the cylindrical body R' are brought together with the liquid content N remaining in the form of a thin film, and the cylindrical body R' is kept flat by being pushed by atmospheric pressure. The means for flattening include pressing both sides of the cylindrical body R', being able to approach and separate from the cylindrical body,
A material that satisfies the following two conditions is used, but it is also ideal if it is in the form of a rotating roll, as it will not cause scratches and the feeding action will be smooth.

Figure 4). To remove the liquid, it is not enough to simply concentrate pressure in the width direction of the cylindrical body R' with a strong pressing force; it is necessary to provide a place for the liquid to escape. This is in the present invention,
This is the reason why the liquid is pushed upward and downward around the pressurizing part. To carry out this pushing method, it is necessary to use at least one member having a cylindrical curved surface. Contact between a plane and an arc is one example that satisfies the above conditions, but according to this combination, the width of the contact surface changes when the plane side is made of an elastic material and the elasticity and pressing force are changed. , Now you can adjust or set the width of the seal. The width of this contact surface needs to be wide enough to allow at least two cutouts to be inserted in parallel at regular intervals.

Although a solid seal or a line seal may be used, it is preferable to use a solid seal in this step in relation to the main seal described later (see FIG. 12). Since the process is carried out at a low temperature, even if a very small amount of liquid remains between the resins, it will not foam, and the required sealing strength can be easily obtained even at low temperatures. The filling of the content N containing liquid into the cylindrical body is performed after this temporary sealing is completed.

Good results can be obtained.

is intermittently transferred downward along the length of the packaged product R''.The main seal is preferably a line seal, as opposed to the solid seal of the temporary seal, which increases the seal strength and improves the appearance.

This is the process of forming a part. When performing a line seal with this seal, cutting is performed on the solid seal part. For this reason, a clean cut surface is obtained without being affected by heat, and no liquid bleeds. .

), the cylindrical body above the temporary seal is filled with the following contents, and the load is therefore applied to the temporary seal. Therefore, if we take measures to bear part of this load (Fig. 5F), we can protect the temporary seal part, which is unstable and difficult to cool down, from the increased internal pressure caused by flattening, especially when filled with high-temperature liquid. The content can be stabilized.

By adjusting the support position and the height position of the squeezing rolls 5 and 6, the amount of content to be filled can be adjusted. This adjustment only needs to be done once for the same product. As described above, the regulating plates 7 and 8 protect the temporarily sealed portion (bottom) from the internal pressure and hot contents generated by the closing operation of the squeezing roll when it is in an unstable state immediately after the temporary sealing.

), the cylindrical body R' stops at the position where it has been fed by the length of the bag (FIG. 3). At this time, the part that has already been temporarily sealed moves to the main sealing process D, and the new unsealed part of the cylindrical body R' is in the temporary sealing process C. The part where the temporary seal has been made with a certain width is sandwiched from the front and back by the line seal part 22 and the elastic receiving part 25 of the main sealing means 20, and the main seal heater 2
Thermal welding due to the heat generated in step 3 is performed linearly in both the full-width heating section 22a and the partial heating section 22c. Reference numeral 52 denotes a main sealing surface, which is composed of a full-width sealed portion 52a, a partially sealed portion 52c, and an unsealed portion 52b. 53 is a complete separation line, 5

Such two-step sealing makes it possible, for example, to perform a temporary seal with a solid seal and a permanent seal with a line seal, which improves the aesthetic appearance of the sealed area, but depending on the conditions, high-temperature sealing may cause slight foaming. It doesn't necessarily mean that there is no such thing. However, according to the present invention, the entire width of the separation part 51a provided in the temporary seal between the seal lines can be cut, so even if such a situation were to occur, the cut surface would be clean and there would be no leakage of liquid. There is no fear that the seal will come out, and the unsealed part B can be separated by the partial separation part 51b provided in the partial heating part 22c, so opening is very easy.

A separating means for only the partially heated part can be formed on the filled and packaged product to facilitate division into individual products and opening during use. Since the unsealed part is opened using the partial separation part as a guide, a reliable and clean opening can be obtained.
