【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、高周波加熱調理器用容器に係り、調
理済食品が充填された容器を高周波加熱調理器、
いわゆる電子レンジ内に収容して調理するに好適
な容器に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 近年の電子レンジの普及に伴い、カレー、シチ
ユー等の調理済食品を容器に充填した包装物を容
器のまま電子レンジで加熱、調理する個食包装食
品が市場に出回つている。これら食品は加熱時に
おいて均一加熱が困難であり、また、特に粘性食
品にあつては局部加熱により容器の変形が生じ、
通常の容器では容器自身が振動し、場合によつて
は転倒するという問題があつた。 そこで、特開昭57−12228号公報において、前
記均一加熱が困難であるという問題解決を図る1
つの提案がなされている。このものは、容器の底
部付近にある調理済食品に対する加熱が十分に行
われないことに着目して容器の底部を凸状に形成
し、これにより加熱むらを極力排除しようとした
ものである。 また、実開昭62−35965号および実開昭62−
42570号の各公報には、容器の底部と電子レンジ
のターンテーブルとの間に一定の間隔をもたせる
ために、容器の包装箱を当該容器の保持部材とし
て利用したものが提案されている。 〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕 しかしながら、容器の底部を凸状に形成したも
のにあつては、特に熱可塑性樹脂熱成形容器の場
合、底部外周部が薄肉であるため、加熱により変
形するという問題がある。 また、容器の包装箱を利用して容器を前述のよ
うに保持するのもにあつては、容器よりも大型の
包装箱が必要とされ、取扱上不便であり、輸送や
保存中に破損あるいは型崩れし易いという問題が
ある。しかも、包装箱の大きさが限定されるとい
う問題もある。 本考案の目的は、調理済食品の均一加熱ができ
るとともに、局部加熱による容器の変形防止を図
り、かつ、振動等に起因した容器の転倒を防止す
ることのできる高周波加熱調理器用容器を提供す
ることにある。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 本考案に係る高周波加熱調理器用容器は、容器
本体の底部を持ち上げ保持する保持部材を容器に
装着し、この保持部材の高さを容器高さの1/2以
下とするとともに、加熱調理に際して保持部材を
容器の下部に装着することができるようにして前
記目的を達成しようとするものである。 〔作用〕 調理済食品が充填された容器本体の下部には保
持部材が嵌合装着された状態で、電子レンジ内に
収容される。このときの容器底部は電子レンジの
ターンテーブル上面より所定の高さ浮上した高さ
に保持される。 〔実施例〕 以下、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。 本考案の一実施例を示した第1図ないし第3図
において、容器10は熱可塑性樹脂シートを熱成
形により全体形状が略カツプ状となるように形成
されている。この際、容器10は無機フイラー充
填容器または多層樹脂容器もしくはガスバリヤー
層を含む多層樹脂容器であることが好ましい。 前記容器10は、底部11と、この底部11の
周縁より上方に向かつて立設されるとともに、次
第に大径化されてテーパ状とされた胴部12と、
この胴部12の図中上端側に形成された開口部1
3とからなる容器本体15を備えている。前記開
口部13における胴部12の上端縁からは外向き
のフランジ部16が水平方向に突出形成されてい
る。また、この開口部13には、第2図および第
3図に示されるように、容器本体10の内方へ僅
かに凹んだ状態で適宜な樹脂フイルム等からなる
内蓋17が水密に貼設され、かつ、開口部13よ
り剥離等により取り除き可能に設けられている。 前記開口部13の外周側には外蓋18が被嵌さ
れている。この外蓋18は周壁19が下方に向か
つて次第に拡開するテーパ状に形成され、前記開
口部13のフランジ部16に係着できるようにな
つている。この外蓋18の頂壁20と前記内蓋1
7との間には所定の空間が画成されるようになつ
ており、この空間内における前記内蓋17上に
は、第2図に示されるように、環状の保持部材2
2が収納されている。 前記保持部材22はスプーン、薬味あるいはク
ルトン等を収納する空間を画成するとともに、容
器本体15を図示しない電子レンジに収容して加
熱調理する際に、第4図に示されるように、容器
本体15の下部に嵌合装着して用いられるもの
で、この保持部材22は、耐熱樹脂あるいは紙等
により形成されている。保持部材22の周壁高さ
a(第4図参照)は、容器本体15の高さHに対
して1/2H以下、好ましくは1/3H以下となるよう
に設定されている。また、容器本体15の下部へ
の装着時において、底部11の下面側と保持部材
22の下端縁との間隔b、換言すれば電子レンジ
のターンテーブル上面と底部11の下面側との間
隔は通常3〜20mmとなるように設定されている。 このような実施例において、容器本体15内に
調理済食品を充填した後に、内蓋17が水密に貼
設され、この内蓋17上に図示しないスプーン、
薬味あるいはクルトン等と共に保持部材22が収
容される。次いで外蓋18を開口部13に被嵌し
た後、必要により所定の包装用フイルム等を用い
てオーバーラップする。 電子レンジにて加熱調理を行うときは、通常ラ
ップ用フイルムを除去した後に外蓋18を開口部
13より取り外し、保持部材22等を取り除いた
後に内蓋17を除去する。次に必要に応じて外蓋
18を嵌着する。取り除かれた保持部材22は第
4図に示されるように、容器本体15の下部に嵌
合装着され、この状態で電子レンジ内に収容され
て加熱調理される。 このような本実施例によれば、次のような効果
がある。 すなわち、内蓋17と外蓋18との間に保持部
材22を収容するとともに、加熱調理する際にこ
の保持部材22を容器本体15の下部に嵌合装着
して用いることとし、底部11の下面と電子レン
ジのターンテーブル上面との間に所定の間隔が設
けられるよう構成したから、調理済食品を均一に
加熱することができるという効果を得ることがで
きる。また、調理済食品がカレー、シチユー等の
粘性食品である場合における局部加熱による容器
の変形による振動ないしは転倒を極力防止するこ
とが期待でき、しかも容器本体15の安定保持に
より、従来のような振動に起因した転倒等の虞れ
も回避できるという効果がある。 また、保持部材22自体の形状は極めてシンプ
ル、かつ、小型であり、内蓋17と外蓋18との
間に空間内に収容して容器との一体化を図つたか
ら、全体として容器の大きさを増大させることな
く容器自体の大きさをほとんど変えることもな
い。 なお、保持部材22は環状のもの以外の形状で
もよく、要するに、容器本体15の外周形状に応
じた形状であればよい。従つて、容器本体15の
外周形状が四角柱状であれば四角柱状の保持部材
とすることもできる。 さらに、前記実施例における容器の全体形状
は、本考案を実施するに際しての一例であつて、
充填される調理済食品の種類、需要者層等に応じ
