Claims (1)
ケース内の前記貯水槽の上方部に底部全面にて透
水可能で冷凍物が収容されるラツクを上下に複数
段備え、前記冷凍物に対して解凍用水を散水して
同冷凍物を解凍する解凍装置において、前記貯水
槽として第1、第2の2つの貯水槽を備え、前記
各ラツクのいずれか2つのラツク間には流下する
解凍用水を収水して前記第1の貯水槽へ排出する
第1の収水皿を備えるとともに、最下段のラツク
の下方には流下する解凍用水を収水して前記第2
の貯水槽へ排出する第2の収水皿を備え、かつ前
記第1の貯水槽の解凍用水を前記第1の収水皿よ
り上方のラツクに供給する第1の供給手段と、前
記第2の貯水槽の解凍用水を前記第1の収水皿よ
り下方のラツクに供給する第2の供給手段とを備
えていることを特徴とする解凍装置。 A water storage tank is provided in the lower part of the case, and a plurality of racks are provided above and below the water storage tank in the upper part of the case, the entire bottom of which is permeable to water, and which accommodates frozen items.
