Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid deformation of a lock member or a kick member by moving the lock member to guide a guide part even at the time when the kick member constituting a lock mechanism is operated and a cassette stage performs the cassette loading operation in this state. CONSTITUTION:A slide chassis 8 is attached to a chassis 1 so that the chassis 8 can be moved in the direction of an arrow A, and a cassette stage 7 can be turned with a turning fulcrum 7a as the center. An engaging pin 2 is provided, and a cassette holder 7b to hold a cassette 6 is attached to the stage 7, and the stage 7 is engaged with the pin 2 of the chassis 1 against the force of a stage energizing spring omitted in the figure and is locked, and this lock member 3 can be turned with a fulcrum 3a as the center. The member 3 is energized by an energizing spring 4 to perform the lock operation, and a turnable kick member 5 is attached to the chassis 1. Thus, the lock member 3 is turned against the spring 4 to guide the member 5 to a guide part 5a.

In the above-mentioned conventional technology, when the locking member is pushed by the locking member to release the lock at the time of EJECT, the cassette stage that has been erroneously unlocked is reset to the cassette stage again with the locking member still operating in the unlocked state. When the mounting operation is performed, the locking member and the locking member come into contact with each other at a portion other than the normal operating part, so there is a possibility that an accident may occur in which the locking member is deformed or the locking member is deformed. In particular, if the user accidentally
There are cases where an ECT operation is performed and the user immediately tries to insert the cassette again due to an incorrect operation.
Since there is a time lag in the EJECT operation when the Ketobashi member is electrically operated by the operation of the motor, there is a problem that this operation is very likely to cause the device to break. In particular, E-type
For thinner products, the rigidity of the parts was low, and there was a high risk that the device would break due to the above operations.

The guide part provided on the Ketobashi member is such that even if the cassette stage is operated to attach a cassette while the Ketobashi member is operated, the locking member moves and comes into contact with the guide part and is guided.
Even in the unlikely event of an operation that is not normally performed as described above, it is possible to prevent defects that lead to deformation of the locking member or deformation of the locking member.

In addition, the bent end part is securely attached to the guide part when it comes into contact with the locking member.
Even if a strong force is applied, the shape of the bent part will not be deformed because it is in contact with the flat part of the Ketobashi member.
Guidance operation becomes possible reliably.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the chassis 1, in which the cage member 5 is rotatably mounted around a pivot point 1b and has a guide portion 5a. Further, when the operating end 11a of the operating member 11 having the semicircular portion 5a and engaging with the cam groove 10a of the cam gear 10 moves into contact with the semicircular portion 5a,
The locking member 5 rotates and presses the pressing portion 3b to perform a lock release operation. The operating member 11 is mounted on the chassis 1 so as to be rotatable about a rotation fulcrum 1c, and a cam pin llb provided on the operating member 11 engages with a cam groove 10a, and is rotated by rotation of the cam gear 10. movement is performed. The cam gear 10 is driven by a loading motor (not shown), and gears are transmitted through a reduction gear train. A stage lock detection switch 12 is installed on the chassis 1,
When the cassette stage 7 is in the DOWN state and the locking member 3 is engaged and locked by the engagement pin 2, the pushing part 3b of the locking member 3 abuts against and presses the Ketobashi member 5 and rotates. is operated to perform lock detection.

According to the present invention, by integrally providing the guide portion in the ketobashi member, the pivoting operation state is achieved in which the ketobashi member presses the locking member provided on the cassette stage and releases the engagement between the engagement pin of the chassis and the locking member. Even if the locking member is operated under unusual conditions such as trying to operate the SEKAT stage with the cassette attached, the locking member will come into contact with the guide part of the Ketobashi member and be guided, thereby preventing damage such as deformation. This has the great effect of making it possible.

Furthermore, by forming the ketobashi arm as a press plate and the guide part by bending, the main body part can be made thinner and the occupied volume can be reduced, which has a great effect on making the device smaller and thinner. In terms of cost, since the guide part is not a separate member, it can be manufactured at low cost.

In addition, the shape of the guide part is approximately triangular and the bent end is configured to come into contact with and receive the locking member, so even if the guide part is subjected to a large force due to contact with the lock member, the guide part will not deform. Since the lock arm is received in contact with the main body of the lock arm, the lock arm can be reliably guided without being deformed by the push rod member made of a thin press plate.
