Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the strike-through to printing paper and to improve the delivery arrangement of the printing paper by mounting a blower means in the same direction as the feed direction of the printing paper. CONSTITUTION:When printing paper is delivered, a blower means 15 is controlled, for example, by a control method due to a sensor or a method taking timing by a drive motor to control the blower means by a cam so as to be capable of blowing air to the printing paper from the leading end part thereof to the part on this side of the rear end part thereof. Air is blown so that the leading end of the printing paper impinges against the stopper 14 of a delivery stand 9. The angle (b) formed by a blow direction (c) and the feed direction (d) of the printing paper is pref. set to 10 deg. or less and it is most pref. that both directions are parallel. Air may be blown to the printing paper from above, below or both of above and below.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The conventional stencil printing apparatus has a problem in that the air is blown in a direction opposite to the direction in which the printing paper is conveyed, which obstructs the conveyance of the paper. Furthermore, when discharging printed paper, the leading edge of the paper may not reach the stopper 14, such as when the image area of the printed paper is large, and it may rub against the surface of the printed matter stored on the paper discharging tray. As a result, there were problems in that set-off occurred and the alignment of discharged sheets also deteriorated.
